Mission Bay is a district in San Francisco that is a prime example of poor land use and has recently been recognized as an economical asset for city. The following design introduces new uses to the area of Mission Bay that will enhance its genus loci as well as enrich its public and private uses.

The unused and neglected spaces will be transformed into a thriving place of commerce and community that will emphasize San Francisco’s rich history and innovative traditions of development. This will be achieved through the addition achieved through the addition of open space and mixed- use and community development that will continue to grow as the city expands. The design satis-fies the social, economic and environmental need for successful urban development.

communitypark side grocery and shops are located within short walking dis-tance from the 2000 homes. Roof gardens cover the buildings for community based agriculture.

Introducing over 300000sq. ft. of mixed use com-mercial and business buildings in order to attract users to mission bay. The design calls for open green space alongside areas of constructed form. These spaces are suitable for various recreational activities and events.
