PROJECT 3 : 2015 : Data Center modernization Migration of 20 servers, 55 applications to Windows 2012, 18 databases to SQL 2012 Terminal server masterization with SCCM 2012 ERP migration of Nav 2009 to SQL 2012 User profile, systems configuration by GPO Go live « Big bang », 350 users. Smooth migration : 28 small incidents, no break.
