VASCA IN ACCIAIO

La vasca è in acciaio inossidabile ed il fondo ha uno spessore di 8 mm.Il piano di lavoro su cui appoggia la lastra è costituito da “lame” d’acciaio galvanizzato ed incurvate rivestire con un profilo in gomma brevettato che supporta la lastra. Questo profilo viene inciso dal disco diamantato nella parte superiore (che non contiene la “lama” di metallo) in modo da ottenere un taglio netto sulla lastra. Questi profili sono facilmente sostituibili e più convenienti di piani sacrificali in compensato o altri materiali che altrimenti dovrebbero essere impiegati.

STAINLESS STEEL TANK

The bottom of the stainless steel tank is 0.3” thick.The slab rests on a worktop consisting of bent, galvanized steel “blades”, which are coated with a patented rubber profile supporting the slab.The upper part of the profile (that does not contain the metal “blade”) is scratched by the diamond disk meaning that a clean cut on the slab is ensured.Profiles are easily replaceable and less expensive than the disposable worktops made of plywood or other materials.

A series of sliding doors with large transparent surfaces guarantees the fail safe of the machine, offers a silent running and protects workers by putting hazards (stone pieces and water jets) out of reach.

Una serie di porte scorrevoli e con ampie superfici trasparenti, garantisce la sicurezza intrinseca della macchina, offre un funziona-mento più silenzioso, e protegge il personale da proiezioni di pezzi di pietra e anche dai getti d’acqua.

IL GRUPPO DI TAGLIOIl mandrino di taglio con disco diamantato è generosamente dimensionato ed è dotato di inverter per la variazione continua della velocità di rotazione del disco, e di tracciatore laser per visualizzare la direzione di taglio.

Il gruppo di taglio (mandrino di taglio con disco e testa Waterjet) ruota attorno al suo asse A ±190° (4° asse)

La pompa ad alta pressione è la KMT/WaterjetSL-V-50. Il gruppo KMT si occupa direttamente dell’assistenza tecnica post vendita in garanzia e fuori garanzia attraverso al sua rete di centri di assistenza.

CUTTING UNITThe cutting spindle holding the diamond disk is abundantly dimensioned and provided with both an inverter for the nonstop variation of the disk rotation speed and a laser tracker displaying the cutting direction.

The cutting unit (spindle with disk and water jet head) rotates around its own “A” axis by ±190 degrees (4th axes).

The high-pressure pump is the KMT/Waterjet SL-V-50. KMT group directly provides the after sale technical service (both under warranty and post-warranty) through its network of assistance centres.

5 ASSIAlla testa di taglio viene aggiunta l’inclinazione automatica motorizza-ta, detta asse “A”, fino a 55° che inclina sia il disco di taglio che l’ugello waterjet per poter eseguire per esempio i tagli a circa 45° che sono ri-chiesti per la esecuzione delle velette, inclusa la possibilità di eseguire senza discontinuità cambi di direzione di 90°. Con questa opzione vie-ne anche caricato un software automatico per compensare la conicità del getto d’acqua ottenendo pezzi estremamente precisi e di qualità. La macchina può essere attrezzata anche con un rilevatore automati-co dello spessore della lastra nel punto di inizio e di fine taglio così da mediare eventuali variazioni dello spessore della lastra.

5 AXESAddition of the automatic motorized inclination up to 55 degrees (called “A” axis) to the cutting head; in this way, it is possible to incline both the cutting disk and waterjet nozzle so as to perform, for instance, the 45 degree cuts required for the execution of rabbets as well as to perform 90 degree changes of direction without interruption.This option includes an automatic software for compensating the water jet tapering that ensures the production of high-precision and top qual-ity workpieces.The machine may also be complemented with an automatic detector of the slab thickness at the beginning and at the end of the cut so as to compensate any possible variation of the slab thickness.

BRETONMULTITOUCHCombicut è dotata di un’unità di governo a controllo numerico continuo (CNC) Siemens Sinumerik 840D SL dell’ultima generazione, a controllo digitale su architettura PC e un Personal Computer con processore Intel e sistema operativo Windows XP.Il quadro comandi è orientabile, con tastiera e visualizzazione grafica sul monitor multi-touch a colori da 19” e porta USB.Una pulsantiera portatile, collegata via cavo alla consolle, duplica alcuni comandi principali (gestione assi + volantino, arresto d’emergenza, ... ). La consolle è dotata di joystick per movimentare in modo intuitivo i vari assi di lavoro motorizzati.Tutti gli assi sono mossi da motori brushless Siemens.

Combicut is equipped with the latest-generation Siemens Sinumerik 840D-SL continuous computer numerical control (CNC) with PC-

based digital control and a personal computer with Intel processor and Windows XP operating system.

The control panel is swivel-mounted and provided with key-board, graphic display on a 19-inch colour multi-touch

monitor and USB port.A hand-held button panel, which is cable-linked with the control

panel, duplicates some of the main controls (axes + handwheel control, emergency stop, etc.). The control panel has a joystick for moving intuitively the different motorized axes.All the axes are actuated by Siemens brushless motors.

Software Breton MultiTouch di gestione e lavorazione è facile ed amichevole da usare. Il software comprende queste App:• “Slab Editor” è l’App che, controllando la fotocamera installata

a bordo macchina, permette di acquisire l’immagine della lastra, definirle il perimetro e difetti semplicemente tracciandoli con il dito sullo schermo multi-touch;

ALLESTIMENTODisponibile anche nella versione senza fondazioni Nella versione base le spalle sono realizzate in cemento a cura del compratore. Su richiesta (opzionale) Combicut viene fornita con spalle in struttura metallica, che non richiedono fondazioni e vengo-no semplicemente fissate a terra.

Disponibile anche nella versione con scambio automatico dei piani di lavoro Nella versione base Combicut è dotata di piano con profili di lavoro fisso, costituito da una vasca in acciaio dotata di lame “a consumo” per il sostegno della lastra in lavorazione.

Combicut è configurabile con un sistema (opzionale) di scambio au-tomatico dei piani di lavoro, che consente di predisporre fuori mac-china su di un piano di lavoro la lastra da tagliare, programmandone lo schema di taglio, mentre la macchina sta tagliando un’altra lastra e quindi di scambiare in automatico i due piani di lavoro, aumentando così la produttività.

Vantaggi:• Le mitre lama e testa a getto d’acqua a ± 55°, che permette all’o-

peratore la massima flessibilità nella creazione di pezzi e parti del controsoffitto.

• La sicurezza è costruito in con una barriera di protezione frontale costituito da una serie di porte scorrevoli e porte di ispezione ampi, garantendo la conformità con US / norme di sicurezza canadesi, of-frendo un funzionamento più silenzioso, e proteggere il personale da detriti volanti.

EQUIPMENT OPTIONSVersion with automatic system for worktop exchangeIn the Combicut with basic configuration, it is necessary to unload the cut workpieces and load a second slab at the end of each cutting cycle, which is a waste of time.This downtime is dramatically reduced if, instead of the stationary worktop, a movable worktop is placed on the tank and a second worktop lies still in the area where slabs are loaded and workpieces are unloaded.A series of automatic devices enables to swap the position of these two worktops moving the new slab inside the work area. Therefore, the downtime between the processing of two slabs is of about 1 minute.

Version without foundationsIn the Combicut with basic configuration, the customer must provide for the shoulders supporting the runways along which the reinforced concrete beam slides.

On request, Combicut may be supplied with heavy-duty steel shoul-ders, which require minimal civil works and simplify a possible displace-ment of the machine.

Advantages:• The saw blade and waterjet head miters to ±55°, which enables the

operator maximum flexibility in creating work pieces and countertop parts.

• Safety is built in with a frontal protection barrier consisting of a series of sliding doors and wide inspection ports, ensuring compliance with US/Canadian safety standards, providing quieter operation, and protecting personnel from flying debris.

• The Worktop Exchange option ensures optimal efficiency, reducing downtime while improving the ease of material loading and unloading.

• The Worktop Slats are fit with a patented rubber sleeve, which completely eliminates the need to store and maintain under layment boards.

• Available with two shoulder support options. We offer optional metal base struc-tures or locally sourced foundation.

• Manual fixed table and automatic worktop exchange systems are also available.

COMBICUT IMAGING

FOTO DIGITALE DELLA LASTRALa macchina può essere acquistata con un dispositivo per prendere foto della lastre. La foto può essere presa mentre la lastra è su sup-porto inclinato davanti alla macchina, oppure mentre la lastra si trova sulla rulliera di carico se la macchina è nella versione con dispositivo automatico di cambio pianale o in fine mentre si trova già sul piano ove verrà tagliata. L’App Slab Editor viene usata per aggiungere con un dito le informazioni necessarie per la lavorazione come la defini-zione del perimetro e dei difetti.

SLAB DIGITAL PICTURECombicut may be purchased complete with a device for taking pictures of the slabs. The picture can be taken when the slab is on the A-frame in front of the machine or while the slab is in the loading area (if the machine is equipped with the automatic system for worktop exchange) or when it is placed on the worktop where the cut will be performed.The “Slab Editor” App is used to add the information needed for its processing, such as the setting of the slab perimeter and defects, with a simple finger touch.

BREVETTI COMBICUT COMBICUT PATENTS

The machine “Combicut DJ/NC 500” was patented in Italy on 9 December 2008 with patent nr. 261.163 and in Europe on 5 September 2007 with patent nr. 740.359.On 14 November 2009, the European Patent Office in The Hague(The Netherlands) rejected the demand for patent nullity and decided in favour of Breton, thereby confirming its patent.

All the machines produced by companies other than Breton where the cutting operation is carried out by a water jet combined with a disk on the same worktop, are considered as a patent infringement.On 23 February 2010, the patent nr. 11/245555-3658 was granted for the United States.

Breton reserves the right to protect its legitimate interests against any possible forgery, requesting the seizure of the machines installed, should it be necessary.

La macchina Combicut DJ/NC 500 è stata brevettata in Italia con il brevetto n° 261.163 il 9 dicembre 2008 e in Europa con il brevetton° 740.359 il 5 settembre 2007.Il 14 dicembre 2009 l’ufficio europeo dei brevetti dell’Aia, Paesi Bassi, ha respinto la domanda di nullità e ha deciso a favore di Breton confermando il suo brevetto.

Tutte le macchine prodotte da organizzazioni diverse da Breton in cui viene eseguita la taglio a getto d’acqua / lama combinata sullo stesso piano di lavoro, costituiscono violazione di brevetto. In data 23 febbraio 2010, il brevetto n° 11 / 245555-3658 è stato concesso per gli Stati Uniti.

Breton si riserva il diritto di proteggere i suoi interessi legittimi contro ogni contraffazione, richiedendo il sequestro delle macchine installate, se necessario.
