In the WBS you set the project timing and EMA gateways dates.

ComBU Parts / Yazaki Parts

ComBu-PartsIn prior Matrix project versions a so-called ComBu parts could be created and attached to the project.The creation of new ComBU-Parts is now deactivated, only existing ComBU parts linked to a project are shown under ComBu parts. As far as possible ComBu parts will be migrated to Yazaki parts.Yazaki-PartsFor new projects, Yazaki parts can be connected to a project. Automatically created containers can be used to store project and part related documents.

Actions -> Connect Yazaki Part…

Insert Yazaki Part NumberAnd press “Find”

Tick Yazaki Part Numberand press “Connect”


Feature of a Yazaki part in ComBU project

For each part number connected to a project, several containers for document storage are created.A summery of all containers can be found under “All Related ComBu-Documents”The same containers can also be found under the listed folders related to the applicable subject.For „Cost“ and „Tooling“ no containers are available, please store related documents in the folder area of the project.


Feature of a Yazaki part in ComBU project

Each container can be used to store documents, checkout and check in documents, make subscriptions etc.
