This will help you: • Achieve – or surpass – quota • Find new leads • Build your pipeline How do customers refer other potential customers? If you have a happy customer – new or existing – let them know about this program. It’s simple and the customer will receive a $100 bill credit as a thank you once the Referred Customer’s service is installed for 30 days. Comcast Business Customer Referral Program Finding new customers through your existing customers Customers can submit referrals directly to Sales or via the Comcast Business Referral Program webpage at comcastbusiness.com/referral. Referrals submitted directly to Sales must be input into the Biz Leads portal at comcastbizleads.com and customers must accept the terms and conditions to receive a bill credit. Customer Eligibility • Referring Customer MUST accept the program terms and conditions (from the Referral Program webpage or via email) in order to receive a bill credit. • Referring Customer may not refer themselves or any of their locations for credit. Reward Payout For every referral a customer provides that becomes a new Comcast Business customer, they receive a $100 bill credit. • Referring Customer must have Internet or Voice and the Referred Customer(s) must purchase Internet or Voice.

• Referring Customer’s Comcast Business account must be in good standing in order to receive their bill credit.

• Authorized Connectors, Solution Providers, and Residential Customers that do not have a Comcast Business account are not eligible for this program.

Can customers submit more than one referral?Yes. Customers may submit multiple referrals. A total of five thousand dollars ($5,000) maximum will be enforced on the annual bill credit. All referrals that result in new Comcast Business Customers and meet the rules and requirements qualify the Referring Customer for a bill credit.

Mention this program after a successful installation or during a first bill review with a new customer.

Include a message in your email signature.
