Athletic Committee are at present engaged in fonnu lat
ing plans by which the much-publicized "Grnham
Plan" may be put into effect here next year. The gist
of the pla n is an "unsubsidizing" of college athletics.
R egardless of the opinion of many fans, the "Gmham
Plan" will eliminate the widely pre,·alent opinion that
