Our company is one of the largest suppliers of industrial equipment in the territory of
the Russian Federation.
About us
Our company – Alfa-SPK – focuses on equipment manufacturing, mainly for two
industries:
recycling of worn-out tires and general mechanical rubber goods with the
purpose of receipt of rubber granules which are also called rubber crumb;
manufacturing of floor coverings and other types of coverings made from
rubber crumb.
Production
Production of rubber tiles and other coverings from a rubber crumb is the
perspective, developing and environmentally friendly type of activity not requiring
development of difficult production technologies.
It should be noted lack of the real competition in the market as at the moment
demand exceeds the offer that speaks well for that, you have today a real opportunity
to be engaged in profitable production, without being afraid of the high competition
and big advertizing costs.
The payback period of the equipment is equal to 6 MONTHS

Scope
The scope of rubber coverings is rather extensive. It can be used both on the open
spaces, and in rooms.

Demand
The demand determinant on a rubber tile and other coverings shows positive growth
already rather long time. Fixed growth is provided with such product characteristics
as:
durability;
simplicity in leaving;
does not change appearance;
resistance to temperature drops;
long useful life (~ 10 years).
Description of a production process
Preparation of raw materials
Preparation of components for mix (rubber crumb, polyurethane binder, coloring
pigmen) in necessary proportions.
Mixture (5 m2)
One of mixers is filled up with the rubber crumb, then coloring pigment is added.
After uniform coloring polyurethane binder is filled in. It is stirred according to
technology.
Formation
The received mix is unloaded from the mixer in forms according to a compounding
and technology.
Pressing
In forms with mix inserts of necessary thickness are located. Forms are put in the
cart. The cart is located under a press. Pressing happens under pressure of 9 tons
(press fitting time ~ 3 minutes).
Drying
The pressed cart is placed in the heating room. Time of drying depends on the
polyurethane binder (from 2 to 6 hours).

Equipment
Production of rubber coverings and other products on the equipment of our company is
made by method of cold pressing as this method allows receiving the most high-quality
products.

Warranty
Upon condition of proper use period of guarantee is 12 months from the moment of
commissioning. Also on separate knots and mechanisms the period of guarantee up to
36 months.
Payment terms
2 payments in equal parts:
50% - initial payment for confirmation of the contract;
50% - the second payment after testing of the equipment.
