(“BWA”) I respectfully submit this letter to amend Commercial Availability Request File Number 147.2010.07.08.Fabric.SoriniSametforBWA (“Request”) under the U.S.-Dominican Republic-Central America Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA-DR), with respect to certain woven fabrics of standard lyocell staple fiber and man-made filament. Following submission and acceptance of the Request, an inadvertent error in the text was brought to our attention. To correct the record, this letter amends certain text in Section III and Appendix II of the business confidential submission, and this letter now makes such text publicly available: 1. Section III: Due Diligence. On Page 6 (business confidential submission and public summary), in the second and final correspondence entry reported on June 30 th , 2010, please note the following amendments to the text: “June 30, 2010: Mark Heard of BWA spoke again with Earle Wolynes Mike Early of Milliken via telephone. Wolynes Early confirmed Milliken does not weave yarn dye lyocell (Tencel) fabrics.” 2. Appendix II to Confidential Submission, Record of Communications. On Page 21, in the first paragraph under “Milliken & Company”, please note the following amendments to the text: “Two telephone conversations were held between Mark Heard of BWA and Earle Wolynes of Milliken on June 30, 2010, one with Earle Wolynes and one with Mike Early. As described in Section III of this Request, Wolynes and Early informed Heard that Milliken does not weave yarn dye fabrics of standard lyocell (Tencel). 2. Appendix II to Confidential Submission, Record of Communications. On Page 21, in the first

paragraph under “Milliken & Company”, please note the following amendments to the text:

“Two telephone conversations were held between Mark Heard of BWA and Earle Wolynes of Milliken on June 30, 2010, one with Earle Wolynes and one with Mike Early. As described in Section III of this Request, Wolynes and Early informed Heard that Milliken does not weave yarn dye fabrics of standard lyocell (Tencel). Further, the only lyocell (Tencel) fabrics produced by Milliken are for industrial applications, and not suitable for apparel.”
