Ki ET LA was founded in France in 2010 by three French entrepreneurs with backgrounds in key sectors (childcare, eyewear and international trade).

The adventure began with sunglasses.

Ki ET LA sunglasses’ retro chic look grabs your attention (aviator, panto, round/original colours) but what really stands out are their innovative technical features (flexible and unbreakable frame, zigzag technology, category 4 maximum protection, 100% anti-UVA and UVB and an anti-blue light filter).

Ki ET LA’s blend of style and technology has made its mark as a trendy, smart and preventive accessory designer for toddlers.

The brand has had huge success due primarily to its star product, the DIABOLA: A pair of sunglasses with a reversible system unique on the children’s eyewear market.

On top of that, the Nantes Atlantique Design School awarded Ki ET LA the 2014 Strategic Design Award for the model.

The brand’s unique Made in France design has been showcased by France 5’s popular Les Maternelles programme on several occasions.

Ki ET LA’s smart accessories designed especially for children have provided the solution to real market demand: PROTECTION WITH STYLE.

Consumers love the DIABOLA model and it was awarded the Consobaby TOP LABEL (the highest scoring product in its category)

5 years later and with proven expertise, Ki ET LA has designed a new collection:100% cotton, Very High Protection anti-UV hats true to the brand’s signature unique design.

Soon after the product launch, the new accessory range won the “Janus de l’Industrie” in the Fashion category.

This hat collection is true to the brand’s values in terms of both its design (comfortable cotton, UPF50+ protection, double reversibility, shade function, fastening system for sunglasses, drawstrings, unique prints) and its eco-friendly policy: Oeko-Tex cotton hat and recyclable packaging (just like the sunglasses’ frames).
