Consulting Our experienced staff is qualified to conduct comprehensive inspections of your I.C.I. facility and provide you with a detailed Roof Condition Report. These reports are generally provided free of charge and include details such as the size, age, composition, thermal efficiency, current condition and life expectancy of each roof section, complete with photographs of anomalies and maintenance items. Also included are specifications for repairs, maintenance and complete roof replacements with a multi-year schedule for maintenance and capital budget.
