The Office of Supplier Diversity & Inclusion (“OSDI”) has reviewed the request to exercise Option-Year Two (2) for Contract No. PM0005A15 for the Water Main Replacement (WMR3), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract in Prince George’s County, Maryland. In accordance with MBE SP 11-01 and SLBE SP 12-01, this contract was awarded in the amount of $80,000,000.00 with a minimum 20.00% ($16,000,000.00) Minority Business Enterprise/Small Local Business Enterprise (MBE/SLBE) subcontracting requirement. Please see the chart below for each firm’s MBE/SLBE subcontracting requirement. The Base-Year commenced on June 14, 2016 and expired on June 14, 2018. Option-Year One (1) commenced on June 15, 2018 and will expire on June 14, 2020.
