Resolved, t h a t the mat te r of rent ­ing and repair ing the dwelling on Ful ler street, owned by the city and formerly known as the detention hos­pital, be referred to the F inance com­mittee wi th power to act.

Resolved, further, tha t the City Clerk be instructed to notify Mr. Henry H. Wagoner to make no fur­the r repai rs to said dwelling with­out the consent of the said Finance commit tee .
