BOX, MOUNTING HARDWARE, LOWERING CABLE, CONTACT BLOCK, WATERPROOF
POLE SHALL INCLUDE LOWERING DEVICE WHICH IS COMPRISED OF TOP JUNCTION
CAMERA CAN BE SAFELY LOWERED WITHOUT REQUIRING LANE CLOSURES.
