THE TEAM BUILDING

The idea is getting together with all members of the NEW Company that is about to start from the nearly 60 days

Introducing all of the content of the Company and how both of them are where they are at this very moment

Giving a chance for all of the members getting to know each other and present the challenge they have to assume from now on.

Having an event which all of the members of the Company are going to meet some of the Olympic Athletes of London 2012 talking about the love about sports and about the importance of team cooperation.

Sailing Adventure

We are going to split the whole group in 10 teams

They will be choose randomic

Melbourn Team mixed with Sydney Team

The task will be to complete the rout that will be designated by the Olympic Gold Medals, Mathew Belcher and Malcolm Page, after a seminar.

Different issues and roles for each member of each team

Learning how to trust on the other

Getting to know the new colleague

Being efficient and effective to complete the cruse

THE EVENT The members of BackWoods Wear will be located at the Taj Hotels Resorts

and Places

Blue Sydney – Woolloomooloo

The SportOutfitters is going to participate of the event but all of them will be hosted in your own houses

1 Day: Breakfast, lunch and dinner all provided

1 Day: Breakfast from 8am to 10am – Ice Breaker

1 Day: Seminar from 10am to 12pm with the Olympic Athletes

1 Day: Lunch time from 12pm to 1pm – time to get to know better

1 Day: Receiving the instructions to the Sailing Adventure and the Rout from 1pm to 3pm

1 Day: Afternoon free to visit the area nearby the Resort: The Central Business / Shopping District, Sydney Opera House, Harbor Bridge and The Royal Botanical Gardens

1 Day: Dinner at 8pm and sortition of the teams

Day 2: Morning Breakfast from 8am to 9am

Day 2: at the marina the teams will receive your Capitain and the instructions of your role during the Sailing Adventure – untill 11h30am

Day 2: After lunch (11h30am to 12h30) the teams starting the Sailing cruse at the Sydney Harbor.
