Messages within the organization are the internal communication whereas the messages exchanged with those outside the organization is external

•Notice board and bulletin board: a notice board must be attractively laid out and up-to-date and should be placed at a location where it can be seen by the persons for whom it is meant.
•Public address system: It is to make important and urgent announcements to the entire staff at once.

Intercom: It is between departments or persons located at a distance from each other and the messages are exchanged quickly.
E-mail: It is the most efficient where there is LAN or WAN electronic media.
