To draft Governor’s messages for publications in newspapers /magazines.
To make arrangements for the training of media personnel

To send quarterly report to the Ministry of Information, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad. To facilitate other Divisions in administrative matters.
To develop and maintain the departmental Business and Budget plans.
To perform various administrative functions.
