Youth Ministry Summer Overview During the summer months when many of our students are out of school, students are at camps, families are on vacations, and we are on mission trips, our youth ministry relaxes a little from ournormal ministry schedule. Even though our ministry schedule changes, we find that it’s a great timefor students to have the option of connecting to youth ministry in a more personal way. Summer timenumbers are typically smaller, and students have the opportunity to check out the groups. Incomingsixth grade students are welcome in our Jr. High ministry. Incoming freshmen have the option of continuingthroughout the summer in Jr. High or checking out the high school options. August 14 is the first Sundaywhere Freshmen will need to transition fully to Sr. High. Please take note of schedule changes thatare listed; for more information always check out www.stlukesumc.com/ministries/youth.
