When asked what motivates
her, Catherine responded, “My
children are the motivating
factor in my life.
They support me
and encourage me
to continue my
education.”
Catherine says she
has wanted to be a
Certified Public

she took Account-
ing in high school.
She loves working
with numbers and
has found out she
is really good at it.
Eufaula Housing
Authority wishes
Catherine the best in her en-
deavors and conveys support in
all that she does to continue
her quest for self-sufficiency.

We want to hear from you
when things go wrong and
you’re not happy with what
goes on in your neighborhood.
That’s why Eufaula Housing
Authority has taken the initia-
tive to set up a complaint proc-
ess that involves putting your
complaint in writing.
If your neighbors are causing
you grief or visitors to your
apartment complex are keeping
you up all night, you can make
an official complaint at the
EHA office.
The Complaint Form asks for
information such as your name,
the person or persons you are
complaining about, if the prob-
lem has been reported before
and the nature of the com-
plaint. Of course, you must
sign the form attesting to the
validity of the complaint.
You may pick up a Complaint
Form at the Chattahoochee
Courts office, if needed. As
always, your comments are
welcomed.

No, HERO Club is not a boot

about making choices-the right
choices. Of course there are
consequences for those who
make the wrong choice.

small problems can be exacerbated by
the lack of a high school, as well as a
lack of a college degree.
Education is important because you
must have a high school diploma or
GED to enter college and prepare for a
future career. Without it, you’ll find
that your career choices are limited.
Another reason why education is im-
portant is the possibility of a career
change later in life. The higher or
more advanced the degree, the more
doors that will open to you in life.
Education is so important that children
and teenagers should understand that
the best time in their lives to devote to
education is while they are young. As a
person matures and settles down with
a job and children, dedication to educa-
tion can be challenging.
Parents should explain why education
is important beginning in the early
years. By raising children in an atmos-
phere that places a heavy emphasis on
education, children will understand
that education is an important tool
used for reaching their goals.

You seek balance in all you do. The greatest bal-
ancing act is between self and others, and it is here
that many Libras focus their energy. You are a

ships.
