Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)WIC offers nutrition assistance and nutrition education for persons who are pregnant, postpartum, breastfeeding, or have an infant, child, grandchild or foster child under age five. Call: 541-774-8203

Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP)The CSFP works to improve the health of low-income persons at least 60 years of age by offering a box of supplemental food once per month. Call: 541-774-4309

Use Your Benefits at Farmers Markets Double Up Food BucksVisit the information tent at the Rogue Valley Growers and Crafters Market to learn how you can use your Oregon Trail Card to buy locally grown foods. The Double Up Food Bucks program will match SNAP dollar for dollar for fresh produce, up to $10 per market day. Visit https://rvgrowersmarket.com/ for times and locations.

Farm Direct Nutrition Program (FDNP)The Oregon FDNP issues checks once a year to eligible seniors receiving SNAP and to WIC families participating in specific programming. These checks are used to buy locally grown produce from participating producers. Visit http://myoregonfarm.org/ and search for locations in Jackson County. WIC families should inquire about eligibility with the Jackson County WIC office at 541-774-8203. Seniors can visit https://www.oregon.gov/DHS/SENIORS-DISABILITIES/SUA/Pages/SFDNP.aspx or call 1-866-299-3562 for more information.

Free Community Meals St. Vincent de Paul of MedfordLunch is served Monday-Friday from 11am-1pm at 2424 N Pacific Highway (Hwy 99) in Medford. For questions Call: 541-772-3828

First Presbyterian Church Sack lunches are available Monday-Thursday from 9am to noon at 85 S. Holly St. in Medford.For questions Call: 541-779-1711

Medford First Christian Church A community meal is served every Thursday night from 5-7pm. Enter the church on the Brookhurst St side of the building located at 1900 Crater Lake Avenue in Medford. For questions Call: 541-772-8030

Phoenix Community KitchenDinner is served on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month from 5-6:30 pm. Please arrive no later than 6 pm at First Presbyterian Church located at 121 Church St in Phoenix.

Uncle Food’s DinerDinner is served every Tuesday from 4-5:15pm in Wesley Hall inside the First United Methodist Church located at 175 N. Main St. in Ashland. For questions Call: 541-482-9625

Meals for Seniors and ChildrenFood and Friends Senior MealsFood and Friends Senior MealsFood and Friends serves meals to Seniors at several dining locations. Their Meals on Wheels program delivers prepared meals to the homes of seniors who are unable to shop or prepare meals due to illness, injury, or disability. Call: 541-734-9505 Visit: www.rvcog.org

Free and Reduced-Price School Meals for KidsMany schools offer free breakfast and lunch to all students, while other schools have eligibility requirements for free and reduced-price meals. Summer Meals for Kids and TeensSummer meals are free for all children ages 1-18. To find breakfast, lunch, and snack sites near you visit https://www.summerfoodoregon.org/ or call the Medford School Nutrition Office at 541-842-3655.
