This program caters to the young at heart and the body that is willing. Weights,walls,chairs,beanbagsballsandbandsareusedtokeepyourmind and your body active. Body balance and strengthening is the main focusinthisonehourclass.Nojumping,noworkingonmats,let’susethewalls or the chairs instead. Bring your runners, wear comfortable clothes anddon’tforgetyourwater.

Yoga Fit This class combines elements of yoga, such as posture, balance, flexibility and breathing with theuse of light weights and body resistance to improve muscle strength. No experience or yoga mat is necessary. Exercises will be done standing up, and participants may choose to sit in a chair or lie down forthefinalrelaxationsegment.
