Introduction
Dong Nam International, (DNI) is a professional Appraisal and Consultancy company with 20 offices across Vietnam.
DNI is a Ministry of Finance accredited professional company in appraisal and consultancy Industry, we conduct
business in accordance with Business License No: 0304770466 issued by Department Of Planning And Investment Of
Ho Chi Minh City, dated 03rd of January 2007. Over the last eight (8) years (commencing in 2007) our appraisal
framework has been logical and a systematic process, which provides appraisers with an appropriate guide to action in
their appraisal work, the valuation process is an orderly plan which was developed in accordance with the Decisions as
issued by Government and international rules, standards and practices. We offer a wide range of services such as
valuations of real estate, movable asset values, enterprise value, investment and project feasibilities, intangible asset
values, investment consultancy, asset auctions, market reports and financial analysis.
We have had more than 20 offices from North to South. Therefore, we have the capability as well as experience to
provide quality and consistent valuation service for all types of assets at a global level. More importantlyour company
operates lawfully under Announcement and Decision of the Ministry of Finance as follows:
Decision No.3361/QD-BTC by Ministry of Finance on December 29th, 2014 on issuing the organization of
appraisal advisory that is allowed to supplythe service of appraising the enterprise value for equalization in
2015.
Announcement No. 38/TB-BTC by Ministry of Finance on January 20th, 2015 on issuing the List of Appraisal
Companies, Appraisers meeting the requirements of appraising asset price in 2015.
We serve thousands of clients and businesses, our detailed reports help them make informed property decisions. We
provide reports for a wide variety of purposes such as bank advisory, lease reviews, tax, trust &accounting and
portfolio&financial statement reporting and mortgage security for a wide range of property types. Including residential,
commercial and industrial properties plus specialised assets. Our company has achieved several awards including
Certificate of Merit from the Ministry of Finance, Certificate of Merit from the Vietnamese Valuation Association (VVA),
Trusted Brand Cup, and Golden Cup awarded by Vietnamese Valuation Association. Certificate of Merit from the
General Department of Taxation, and top 200 Branches of Vietnam – Gold Star Award in 2013.

Ho Dac Hieu
General Director
Mr Hieu is Master of Economics, Guest Lecturer for University of Economics Ho
Chi Minh city, Ho Chi Minh City Institute of Economics, Appraisal Center -
Ministry of Finance; General Director of DNI. When he was working at the
Appraisal Center - Ministry of Finance previously, he took over the position of
Chief Accountant, Head of Corporate Valuation, Head of Financial Consulting
and Investment, and the Director of Khanh Hoa branch .
With over 15 years’ experience in the Appraisal industry, it has been 10 years
since he founded and developed his brand into Southeast Appraisal & Consulting
Corporation (the first Appraisal Corporation achieved TOP 200 Vietnam old Star
Award). He is leading specialist in the field of Appraisal of Real Estate Value,
Enterprise Value, Intangible Value, with the aim of equitisationand divestment. As
DNI’s General Director, he manages the whole services and business activities in
the fields of Appraisal, Auctions and Auditing.

Leon Cheneval
General Manager
Leon’s role as General Manager focuses on business development and quality
assurance, alongside completing specialist technical valuations on a country-wide
basis. He also heads the Banking & Mortgage Services unit, primarily focusing on
managing DNI’s valuations process for banking lending, but also applying his
experience in Vietnam and leading project consultancy assignments country-wide.
With 30 years in the property industry, including almost 25 as a Certified
Practicing Valuer, Leon is one of the most qualified and experienced practioners
in Vietnam. Leon’ specialist capabilities include mortgage and risk profiling,
machinery& equipment valuation and large scale development appraisals and
feasibility studies. Having built a market leading valuation and consultancy
position in Vietnam at two international firms, particularly in providing mortgage
lending valuations.

Kim Ngoc Dat
Deputy General Director
Dat has Master of Economics. Guest Lecturer at University of Economics Ho Chi
Minh City, Binh Duong Private University and Center of Appraisal – Ministry of
Finance. He is one of the first of twenty apointed Price Appraisers in Vietnam
(Announcement No. 38/TB-BTC) by the Ministry of Finance on January 20th,
2015 on issuing the List of Appraisers meeting the requirements of appraising
asset price in 2015.He formerly worked at Center of Appraisal – the Ministry of
Finance in the positions of Head of Quality Control Department, Director of Tay
Ninh Branch. He managed the project of appraising the assets of Ho Chi Minh
City Water Supply Company to equitize with the value that exceeded 1,000 billion
dong. Valuer, in charge of supervising and signing all the appraising documents
related to property, plant and machinery and assembly lines.

Hoang Gia Trang
Deputy General Director
Trang holds Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Finance - National Economics
University, being Valuer according to Announcement No. 38/TB-BTC by the
Ministry of Finance on January 20th, 2015 on issuing the List of Appraisers
meeting the requirements of appraising asset price in 2015.
Before working for DNI, he used to be Manager of Department of Material
supplying cum Director at Ha Noi branch of a manufacturing and trading
Company. He specializes in valuation a vast array of property uses including
buildings under construction, a variety of development sites, commercial,
residential and industrial properties, serviced apartments, hotels, resorts, golf
course and other specialized real estate throughout Vietnam.

Nguyen Thanh Tai
Deputy General Director
Tai holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, being Valuer according to

price in 2015.His former position is Sales Manager for Center of Appraisal – the
Ministry of Finance. With over 10 years experience, he is specialist for liquidation
at present.
