As a co-founder in Quantum, Kelvin will leverage upon his
immense experiences and extensive network to support clients
with developing effective HR solutions.
With Executive Search and HR Consulting experiences in
Singapore and Myanmar, Kelvin is well-established in the HR
industry. Kelvin was the Country Representative Officer and Principal Consultant for Myanmar at a
Singapore-based regional Human Resource and Management consultancy firm where he collaborated
with 9 offices across Asia to supported the clients. He was instrumental to supporting telecommunication
MNCs in setting up their rollout teams in Myanmar, which served as a strong fundamental for their business
expansion. Kelvin retains an in-depth understanding of the Myanmar regulations and international
practices, which are highly sought after by his clients. Kelvin obtained his master degrees from Yangon
Institute of Economics and James Cook University, Australia.
AUNG MYINT MAW KELVIN
Director
As the Partner, Tianhao will leverage upon his years of
Myanmar Industrial experiences and international
knowledge to assist Quantum clients with HR solutions for
their term business needs.
He was formerly the COO for Ya Kun Cafe Myanmar.
During his stint, he placed high priority on the implementation of optimal human resource strategies to
ensure a systematic expansion from 40 staffs to today's over 200 staffs. He is also the co-founder of Myanmar
Entrepreneur Network (MMEN), a 5000-member strong entrepreneurs network. Earlier in his career, he was
the head of Marketing and Distribution Sales for Nokia Phone in Myanmar and a senior consultant in Monitor
Group, a management consultancy firm founded by Michael Porter. Here, he was also responsible for the
Monitor’s hiring, which includes a stringent process of case study interview and personality tests. He
graduated from National University of Singapore with a First Class Honours in Economics.

Thet is our Business Development and Client Service Manger
who also oversee the Client Service Team. He is
responsible from complex tasks of developing new
businesses deals, retention and growth of cliental, and new
revenue sources. In shortly after he has joined the team, he

He is a Good listener who able to identifies the clients’ need and appropriate solutions to meet
those needs. Pficient in English and Myanmar. Able to facilitate group discussion to achieve common
goals and love to work with the team. He graduated from Singapore Institute of Management with Diploma
in Business Administration.
Thet Naing Tun
As the Head of Executive Search and Recruitment Division,
Zin Mar’s role is instrumental in Quantum. Not only covering
the Recruitment but also liaising with other departments to
support the smoothness of the service to clients. She is well-
versed in Human Resources and Tech-Startup industry.
Initiative, self-motivated and quick learner who is able to oversee the management. Experienced in both
international and local recruitment industry and was worked for Singapore based Regional HR Conusltancy
and Executive Search firm. Also a Registered Lawyer and a Higher Grade Pleader of the Supreme Court of
Myanmar. With her knowledge and expertise, she is advising for compliance and legal matters. Proficient in
both English and Chinese. She graduated from Dagon University with Bachelor of Law.

She is responsible for supporting and coordinating with clients to ensure operation are in robust.She is supporting the clients by navigating the regulatory process, and strategies for Employee Benefits and Payroll Operations. She has in-depth understanding and practical knowledge in Myanmar Compensation Regulations, and Personal

She is a quick learner, optimistic thinker and good team player with high motivation to bring the success of the company. She is graduated from Taungoo University with Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics.
