THE SCOTTA IMPIANTI S.R.L.

The company Scotta Impianti S.r.l. was born in 1997 from the plant engineering company Scotta Felice, born in 1982; today the head office is in Cavallermaggiore (CN), where you can find the management, technical and administrative offices and warehouse.

In 2000 the Sofitec Impex S.r.l. was created in Timisoara (Romania), transformed in Scotta Impianti S.r.l. in 2011, and features its own offices, warehouse and technical, administrative and operational personnel. This seat, situated in a central position in relation to Eastern Europe, allows Scotta Impianti S.r.l. to follow carefully the works taking place in this area.

At the beginning of 2008 another Scotta Impianti S.r.l. branch opens in Aosta.

In April 2009 Scotta Service S.r.l. was born. It deals manly with civil and industrial facilities maintaining of technological systems.

In December 2011 Scotta Impianti S.a.r.l. was created. It has its own offices, warehouse and technical, administrative and operational personnel. This seat was created to enter the French market.

The Scotta Impianti S.r.l., works in the fear of air conditioning, heating, plumbing, fire protection, pneumatic, electrical and additional buildings.

Activity includes the planning, the supply, the installation, the in operation mass, the testing and the management/maintenance of the fittings above quoted with the direct management of the same. Besides the aforesaid workmanships the mechanical maintenances are managed, hydraulic and of carpentry inside establishments of production with personal in stable plant.

We also realize fittings to compressed air, lines vapor and collectors in accord with the normative PED Ce 97/23. Activity also foresees jobs in "General Contractor" that they allow to offer the complete realization of all the jobs to the client he/she understood the building and electric works.

In the optics to improve the quality of the proposed services, the company has prepared, beginning from 2003, a System of Management of the Quality getting in the same year the certification of Quality An EN ISO 9001:2000. With the purpose to improve the levels of guardianship of the safety of the health of the workers, The Scotta Impianti S.r.l. adjusted the standards of the norm to OHSAS 18001:2007 getting the certification of it; parallelly, in the concrete appointment to minimize the environmental impact of its own

trials and services and in the optics to safeguard the environment, the firm is certified An ENs ISO to the Norm 14001:2004.

Since July 2012 the Quality certifications Uni En Iso 9001, Uni En Iso 14001 and Ohsas 18001 were given, also for the Scotta Impianti S.a.r.l. society in Monaco, Scotta Impianti S.r.l. in Romania and Scotta Service S.r.l. in Aosta.

In September 2012 the Scotta Impianti Srl constitutes the Sofitec S.r.l. society, of which is unique partner, with the purpose to take in lease the branch of firm of ownership "Gambarana S.r.l." in Turin related to the contracts of third public buyers and privacies, acquiring personnel and yards. Also to Sofitec S.r.l. were given the Quality certifications Uni En Iso 9001, Uni En Iso 14001 and Ohsas 18001

It has its Scotta Impianti S.r.l. it has prepared since October 2007 of the Organizational Model related to the standards of transparency and correctness in the carrying out of its own activities.

It possesses besides the attestation of qualification to the execution of jobs public (SOA) for the following categories
