Our Security Management Division focuses on providing

security management to private individuals and infrastructure

located in high-risk and volatile regions globally. Ravenhill’s

extensive network in high-risk areas, as well as the Partners’

personal experience in active conflict zones, gives Ravenhill

combined experience in military and corporate security

in the oil and gas industry. He has a proven track record

of professional contribution to mitigating risk through

assessment, implementation, and management of security

infrastructure and assets throughout North & Sub-Saharan

Africa (Algeria, Chad, Central African Republic, Republic

of the Congo, Gabon, Cameroon, Senegal, Ivory Coast)

Europe, and North America (Canada, USA). With extensive

experience in crisis and risk management, implementing

security procedures and policies, on projects located in low

infrastructure environments, and volatile regions.

Occupational Health and Safety Division

Clients turn to Ravenhill to manage occupational health

and safety risks on a temporary or ongoing basis. Ravenhill

completes comprehensive project risk assessments to

identify the associated operational, occupational health,

safety, and jurisdictional risks.

Ravenhill’s Occupational Health, Safety and Environment

Lead (OHSE), is a skilled international project risk

management advisor, who holds a Master of Science in

Occupational and Environmental Health and Safety

Management. We proactively design and implement risk

management and incident response planning for high

value/high-risk projects. Our expertise in country-level

operations, OHSE, and logistics has enabled us to develop

comprehensive level of risk assessment/mitigation from

project start to finish. We have worked with multinational

organizations such as British Petroleum Libya/Algeria,

OPHIR Energy in Gabon/Senegal, Tanzania/ Congo/ Ghana,

Algerian Facilities Management Company, Statoil in Algeria

and Woodside in Mauritania.

Aviation Division

Ravenhill caters to the aviation needs of the oil & gas

industry, government, non-governmental organizations

and humanitarian efforts. Based on the emergency or the

project, Ravenhill customizes its services, ensuring that

they appropriately match their operator, helicopter type

and pilot skill to the situation. Our services can include

assistance with pre-logistics planning and qualified

medical, safety and aviation coordinators to support clients

on the ground efforts.

Ravenhill’s Aviation Lead is a results-focused professional

with 25 years of military, risk mitigation and both domestic

and international flying experience. His technical and

operational aviation experience extends across industry

sectors including: oil & gas, forestry, mining, energy, and

United Nations humanitarian relief efforts in Canada, the

Middle East, and Africa.
