The crew on a ship do not want their daily tasks disrupted by unscheduled, time consuming repairs. In short, no one wants to worry about the performance and durability of a valve, not under normal conditions and even less in an emergency situation.
That is why quality is so important to us and the reason we have chosen to have all parts of the operations under our own roof. We take care of every step of the process; design, development, production, sales, contract management as well as logistics.
Serving global marine industryLK Valves is part of the family-owned LK group, a group with more than 80 years of heating, ventilation and sanitation industry experience. In 1987 we started our marine business in Norway, and since then the high expectations of Norwegian shipbuilding industry has set the standards for our business. Today an LK Valves sales representative is always available close to where you are. With sales offices in Sweden, Norway, Singapore and China and a network of partners in other important markets we are present all around the world.

On our website you find Designer’s manual, our 24/7 online application tool, that help you select among our products based on system requirements and application. Aveva PDMS users can also download a free 3D catalogue with our products.
Never compromise on the qualityAll items are tested according to defined standards and regulations before we ship your order. As quality goes hand in hand with certificates and related documentation, supplying our customers with necessary certificates and test results is also a natural part of our service. We are proud to say that DNV even entrust us to test and certify valves ourselves on their behalf through an MSA (manufacturing survey agreement). Our customers can keep track of all certificates and documents for a specific order or item in our unique online certificate portal.
We are certified according to ISO 9001:2008 and our main product groups are type approved by major classification societies. You find valid type approvals on our website.
