Futura Design Consultants Pvt. Ltd. are located on Ludhiana-Ferozepur road, in the prime
commercial center of Ludhiana, Punjab, having excellent connectivity to rest of Punjab and

HARDWARE & SOFTWARE:
Its office is equipped with latest Hardware and Software and High Speed connectivity
through Internet. It has 10 stations supported by high speed computers with latest
configuration. Printers and Plotters are capable of plotting any size and number of Sheets
and Drawings up 42” wide. All the Software is Licensed copies of AutoCAD, STAAD Pro and

on wide variety of projects in many countries, Ranjit S. Rana is well versed in different
design codes, design software, construction technology and construction materials.
Furthermore, his versatility in the design field extends to Industrial, commercial, residential,
educational and hospitality projects. Major Industries include Cement, Chemical, Ethanol,
Distillation, Clay, Calcium Carbonate and Power Plants. Commercial and Residential
projects include Malls, Warehouses, Office Buildings, Hotels, Motels, Schools and Multi-
Storey Dorms. These projects are scattered in different countries e.g. USA, Canada,
Singapore, Caribbean Countries and China. All these projects are scattered in high wind
zones to high seismic zones. Working on these projects need help of state of the art
‘Design Software’ and knowledge of governing codes. Rich experience gained on working

Mr. Rana started his professional careers from construction in thermal and fertilizer plants

Futura Design Consultants, David Shull is well known in the Structure Design
community of Atlanta, USA. Over 28 years of structural engineering experience in a
variety of building types, including low to high rise (up to 33 stories) buildings
residential, mixed use, medical facilities, resort hotels, office buildings, health care
facilities, retail, churches, gymnasiums, additions, adaptive reuse, parking decks and
renovations.
As a Principal Engineer of ‘Shull & Kane, Inc., manages and directs the efforts of the

construction administration, and overall coordination and management of the project.

(Punjab), Er. R S Sohal, an Electrical Engineer, talks proudly about his passion and
achievements during his Professional Carrier with Punjab State Electricity Board. His
professional life started at the time of advent of thermal technology for electricity
generation in Punjab, he worked through construction of 4 x 110 MW ‘Guru Nanak
Dev Thermal Project at Bathinda (Punjab) where he ‘Tested and Commissioned Plant
Auxiliaries’ like Boiler feed Pumps, Draught Fans, Coal Mills, 220 KV Sub Station
Equipment, Generator AVR Systems. His further accomplishments goes through
‘Testing & Commissioning’ of all major components like Generators, Transformers,
Protection Systems, Switch Gear etc. of Guru Gobind Singh Super Thermal Plant,
Ropar, accompanied with step by step rise to the rank of General Manager (Engineer-
in-Chief) of the Plant. GGSTP Ropar achieved all time highest generation, all time high
efficiency & lowest heat rate, all time lowest Auxiliary Consumption under his
leadership. His areas of expertise are ‘Protection and Control System of Large
Generators, Transformers, Motors, Sub-Station and Transmission Lines’. He is
