2. Main Contractor: - Siemens AG. Project Name: - Award of Contracts for supply and services for Filed Instruments and DCS up gradation projects in C6/C8/C1/C2/C3/C4 &C5.

The Major part of the works carried out is follows

1 Replacement of old transmitter with new Siemens hart transmitter and its impulse line works, calibration and commissioning.

2 Siemens Marshalling and Relay cabinet’s installation, cable pulling, termination and loop testing for the punch list items as per contract.

3 Siemens Positioner Sipart link replacement, calibration and commissioning of the control valves as per contracts.

  

3. Main Contractor: - APEC – ARABIAN POWER & ELECTROCNICS Co. Project Name: - UPS and Charger Installation and Commissioning in C4 Desalination control Rooms and MCCs. The Major works for UPS system is removal of the old UPS system and install the New UPS system together with Charger and Batteries including commissioning.

  

4. Main Contractor: - Al Rouf Lighting Technology Co Ltd. Project Name:- Lighting Replacement in C4/C5 and Blending Area SWCC. AL JUBAIL Plant. Removal of old Lighting system in Desalination plants and replace with LED flood lights, Emergency light, Switchgear building LED lights with cable pulling, termination and commissioning.

  

5. Main Contractor: - Al Rouf Lighting Technology Company Ltd. Project Name:- Lighting Replacement in ABCD Module Areas of HADEED – Saudi Iron & Steel Co. A SABIC Affiliate in AL Jubail – SAUDI ARABIA. Preventive maintenance for MV switchgear and its MCCs. Routine Maintenance for MV switchgear and its MCCs. Troubleshooting and corrective maintenance for MV switchgear and its

MCCs Breaker Testing. Relay Testing and calibration. Bus bar cubical testing and maintenance. Critical Maintenance for Shutdown activities as per planning schedule. And other technical support in case any emergency during the

operation time.

UPS system:-

Online Trouble shooting and technical support for the UPS system. Distribution panels breakers and relays troubleshooting and its

maintenance. Technical support for UPS system in order to give continues supply to

the DCS and its equipment for continues operation.

HVAC system:-

Federal Wave will carry Supply and installation of all HVAC works Federal Wave will carry out the HVAC system maintenance Federal Wave will carry out the all kind of technical support in order to

Electrical & Instrumentation Support in SWCC Jubail since January 2012

EXPERIENCE IN SIEMENS AG:

We have been completed the Major up gradation of SIEMENS AG project in Jubail SWCC Phase 2A 2B 10 BTG (Boiler Turbine Generators) and 40 Desalination Plants with complete auxiliary system including two auxiliary boiler together with JC-Eckardt & MAK (Federal Wave Sister Company). The major part of works is removal of old panels and instruments, installation of new field instruments, analyzers, UPS System and DCS panels as follows.

Field Instruments Works carried out as follows.

Removal and Re installation of Field Instruments like Flow Pressure, Level and Temperatures measurements.

Removal and re installation of special flow meter MID( Magnetic Flow Meter)

Removal and re installation of sampling system in Boiler analyzer measurements.

Removal and re installation of Desal Analyzers and sampling points.

Removal and Re installation of Capacitance type level measurements in Intake system.

Commissioning and Startup for Boiler & Water steam (BMS, BPS, FGD, Air Heater System & Lube oil System

Control Room Panel Works carried out as follows.

Removal of old panels with complete Isolation during the unit shutdown with provided drawings and sketch.

Removal of old cable and re rout to the new marshaling and DCS with disconnection drawings.

Re Installation of the newly designed panels as per layout drawing.

Re rout the old cable and new cable to the new marshaling and Relay panels as per provided detail drawings.

Loop checking and commissioning of the signals as per loop drawings and loop check protocol signals details.

Turkey.

Interface the signals between MV switchgear to Siemens T3000 DCS system. Removal of old wiring and re wiring to the new signal as per submitted drawings.

Interface the signals between LV switchgear to Siemens T3000 DCS system. Removal of old wiring and re wiring to the new signal as per submitted drawings.

Interface the signals between MCC switchgear to Siemens T3000 DCS system. Removal of old wiring and re wiring to the new signal as per submitted drawings.

Loop checking and commissioning of the newly interface signals with one by one isolation of the breakers without shutdown the plant.

  

We execute the works in electrical MV, LV, MCC and UPS erection, cabling, loop checking and commissioning works.

Erection and Commissioning of Emerson UPS system manufacture from Chloride France and Turkey.

Interface the signals between MV switchgear to Siemens T3000 DCS system. Removal of old wiring and re wiring to the new signal as per submitted drawings.

Loop checking and commissioning of the newly interface signals with one by one isolation of the breakers without shutdown the plant.

In addition to the above are capable to challenging project like new construction project for the filed instrumentation works, control room panel installation and panel internal wiring with high quality and standard works.

Also we are capable to execute the new works in electrical MV, LV, MCC and UPS erection, cabling, loop checking and commissioning works.

1. Mechanical Shutdown in SWCC YANBU since March 2019 – July 2019 Completed.
