Oluseye Kolawole, PMP, CSSGB,IASP Certified Trainer – CEO/Managing Partner
Mr Kolawole has 14 years hands on experience working on and leading multidisciplinary projects in the
Telecommunications, Financial, Manufacturing, Construction and Oil & Gas sectors of the economy.
Seye has practiced as a Process Engineer in the Oil and Gas Industry having worked on Gas Lift, Platform
Revamp and other Projects for Chevron Nigeria Limited. He is an entrepreneur with keen interest in
business process improvement and the development of Project Management as a defined discipline in
the Nigerian environment. He is a member of the Project Management Institute and a certified Project
Management Professional (PMP). He is a member of the International Association of Safety
Professionals (IASP) and the Coordinator of the Lagos, Nigeria Chapter of the IASP. He also holds the
prestigious Certified Safety Specialist/Safety Planner credential from the same association. He has led
his company in creating and implementing site safety management plans (systems) for multiple high-rise
developments in the Lekki axis. Seye is a graduate of Chemical Engineering, University of Lagos and has
a post graduate degree in Oil & Gas Engineering from the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen,
Scotland. He has undergone an ISO 9001 Auditor/Lead Auditor training, acquired certificates in Business
Analysis, Six Sigma (Green Belt), Lean Management, Quality Management Systems Development and
participated in several Process Improvement, HSE, QMS and Project Management courses sponsored by
the Shell Petroleum Development Company, Nigeria and Ashbrooke Canada. He has facilitated HSE and

years experience training and mentoring Project management and IT practitioners. He has participated

Ernest is a seasoned professional and well rounded trainer. He started his career in the finance sector after bagging a degree in Geography and Regional Planning from the Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma. He has spent the last 8 years in the training and consulting sector leveraging on the numerous trainings and certifications he has gathered in the areas of Project Management, Supply Chain And Logistics Management , Procurement And Contract Management, Warehouse And Stores Management, Document Control And Quality Management System(ISO), Facility And Asset Management, Safety And Environmental Management, Emergency Respones And First Aid, Lean Six Sigma(Business Process Improvement) – Green Belt, Customer Service, ITIL- Sevice Management,etc.

He is a member of the Project Management Institute and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over six years hands on experience managing projects for clients in the private and public sectors including Ministry of Aviation, Ministry of Power, Lagos State Government, Tertiary institutions, Federal Inland Revenue Services. Toye is a Senior Project Manager and PMO manager for a private technology company - Venture Garden Group. He is also a senior consultant and facilitator at OAK Interlink.
