Ever had hoses used for the wrong chemicals, pressures orapplications? We can tag all assemblies with serial numbers andworking pressures to ensure that your hoses are tracked and used forthe correct pressures and applications. We can also test hosepressure and continuity for chemical and fueling applications.
Win United is able to crimp industrial hoses up to 150mm. While ourmachine is dedicated to the manufacture of industrial and compositehoses, we are also happy to help you out with your hydraulic hoserequirements when the need arises. We have the facilites tomanufacture high pressure hydraulic hoses up to 2” with a range ofthreads from NPT to JIC. All hoses and manufactured pipe and fittings can be tested to a specifiedworking pressure. You will then be provided with certification for this andthese items will be tagged with the relevant information. This will alsoensure that the hoses are used for the right applications and pressures.
Hose Restraints are a vital requirement for all high pressure hoseapplication in assistance in the reduction of the chance of hoses whippingwhen a fitting or clamps fails. These can be fitted to most hoses and canbe supplied with D-Shackles and Anchor Points.
