Overview SFE Consultant and Services (SFE) is a training and consultancy company that promotes Safety and Health, Fire Safety and Environmental. Our approach is primarily focuses on meeting legislative requirements and relevant standards; at the same time empowering organization with the knowledge in understanding to manage Health, Safety and Environment (HSE). We are located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and works with various types of industries and generally serving in the sectors of Manufacturing, Chemicals, Healthcare, Medicals, Container Terminals, Architectural, Engineering and Constructions. Our wide range of capabilities, disciplines and services are fundamentally based on qualitative and quantitative approach and pro-actively delivering advice and solutions. Shahral is an experienced project manager with a strong background in environmental, safety and health consultancy.
He has more than fifteen years of quality experience and proven expertise in project management, environmental
consultancy and quality assurance both in the fields of industry and academia. Shahral is an innovative professional
with strong ability to identify, analize, and solve problems to coordinate internal teams and to increase customer
satisfaction through expertise in program development and management; creating training strategy and consulting.
Shahral holds a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry degree from University of Malaya and Master Degree of
Environment from Universiti Putra Malaysia.

Dr. Fadzil is a technologist and a specialist in the area of Fire Safety. His research, teaching and consulting activities
are focused on Building Services Engineering, Maintenance, Risk and Safety Assessment, Environmental Pollutions
and Fire Safety Engineering. He is actively involved in disseminating knowledge in safety awareness especially on Fire
Safety, and Occupational Safety and Health. His papers such as ‘The Effectiveness and Support of the Business
Management on Fire Safety Installation within their Premises’ and ‘Fire Safety Guidelines for Heritage Buildings focused
on Shop-houses’ are among of his papers that has been accepted locally and overseas.
