Sayyar Y. Husseini & Partner Contracting Co. Ltd.
was established in 1976 under the formal name of
Husseini Contracting Establishment. In 2002, the
organization was reformed and the name was
changed to Sayyar Y. Husseini & Partner
Contracting Co. Ltd. Since the beginning, we at SYH
committed ourselves to our clients in delivering
turn-key projects in the field of electro-mechanical
works at the highest level of quality. Over the past
Thirty (30) years we have grown from a small
establishment with limited capabilities to one of
the leading companies in the field of electro-
mechanical works in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Our vision can be summarized in one small

Jaguar, Land Rover & Ranger Rover Showrooms & Service Centers – Jeddah, Riyadh & Dammam, Saudi Arabia This project is special, neither for the client nor the size or value of the project. The challenge in this project was to complete the project in a one month period. The project consisted of three (3) workshops located in three (3) different and also complete three (3) showrooms in three (3) different cities. The cities were Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam. The project didn’t have a design and we had to complete all the electrical and mechanical work between March 1, 2010 and April 1, 2010 so that Naghi Group which was the newly selected dealer can start receiving cars for maintenance and start selling cars at his showrooms. The project at all its sites was completed within the required period without any delays and the owner started his work. The total built up area for all the projects was 10,000 square meters.
