INTRODUCTION
Sizabantu Piping Systems (SPS) is a Limited Liability
company which was established in 2002.
Sizabantu Piping Systems is a Level Three
accredited BBBEE company, involved in
the Manufacture, Marketing and Distribution
of predominantly, plastic pipe solutions, to the
Infrastructure, Agriculture, Mining and Industrial
market sectors in Southern Africa.
VISION
Our vision is to be the industry’s preferred and trusted supplier, of quality piping
solutions. By maintaining a high level of friendly service and being the acknowledged
leader of innovative new appropriate technology, to the industry.
MISSION
Our mission is to position our business, to supply a comprehensive range of appropriate
quality technology – predominantly plastic piping solutions - to the Construction,
Agricultural Mining and Industrial market sectors throughout
Southern Africa.

HISTORY
SPS was established in 2002 in Kwa Zulu Natal,
where it was appointed as Marley Pipe System
Pty Ltd’s exclusive Agent for the Civil, Industrial,
Mining and Agricultural markets. During the
following eight years, SPS enjoyed very good
market growth as a result of satisfying and
understanding the Industry’s needs. This growth

operations nationally, to service our increased customer base.
By 2010, SPS had grown into a strong independent company, which had established a
strong foot print in Southern Africa. This encouraged a number of International
Manufacturers & Suppliers, to approach SPS to represent their interests in Southern
Africa, further strengthening SPS reputation as the leader in bringing new technology of
appropriate systems, to the African continent. SPS success over the years can be
attributed to the strong relationships and trust that has developed between their
Customers and Consulting Engineers, and the “ownership” model, where Key personal
are encouraged to have a vested interest in the business. In 2013, SPS was
approached by Molecor Canalizaciones, a Spanish company, who are the
acknowledged world leaders of Bi- axle Orientated PVC pipe technology, to represent
and market their products in Southern Africa. The introduction of this new International
accepted technology, proved to be an instant success and is now recognised as an
acceptable alternative option for traditional pipe materials, used in Bulk Water and
Potable water reticulations.
With the growing demand and potential for this new product, SPS has taken the next
big step, by forming a joint venture with their Spanish partners, Molecor, to establishing
a state of the art, world class factory, in Richards Bay, Kwa Zulu Natal, South Africa. This
will be the first factory of its kind on the Africa Continent, producing Molecor TOM 500
PVC-0 technology pipe.

BLOEMFONTEIN
We opened our doors in August 2004, with a small staff compliment of three, servicing the Free State,
Northern Cape and Lesotho. Our mission: Be The Name Synonymous with Service, Trust and Loyalty. With
over a century and a half of experience in the industry we have lived up to our mission, supplying the
Infrastructural, Building, Civil, Agricultural and Industrial Sectors with the highest quality products and pride
ourselves on being able to supply a total piping solution to all of these sectors. Our dedication to service
has built us a loyal client base, and now with a staff compliment of seventeen we can continue to offer
the best service and products to our clients.
EASTERN CAPE
Since opening for Trading in July 2014 Sizabantu Eastern Cape Branch is the youngest Division in the
Sizabantu Family tasked with servicing the ever growing market in the Eastern Cape Province. We supply
a comprehensive range of Pipes and Fittings to the Civil, Irrigation and Industrial markets. We operate
from our premises in Port Elizabeth and supply the entire Eastern Cape Province with dedicated service
and quality products. All water and sewer reticulation products are catered for combined with an
experienced sales team to deliver not only on time but also providing Contractors with all related
services they’d come to expect from a total solutions supply company.
GAUTENG
Gauteng division offers complete solutions to any customers’ piping requirements. Whether it be bulk
water, water reticulation, bulk sewer, sewer reticulation, irrigation or storm water applications, we can
give you a cost effective and approved product solution. We specialize in all PVC piping but especially
our new super product OPVC ! This product is approved for use by all the metro municipalities in
Gauteng. By offering the complete solution, all related fittings and valves to complete your project on
time is of the utmost importance to us.
KLERKSDORP
The North West/Klerksdorp Branch focuses on civil infrastructure for the North West and Northern Cape
areas, this is mainly water & sewer infrastructure, and then BULK water supply for these areas with our
O-PVC. We also supply bulk sewer systems, with all the above as well as the supply of fittings/water
meters/ and other related items for a complete package to the customer. Then we also focus on the
irrigation market which mainly involves M-PVC.
KWAZULU-NATAL
Our humble beginnings and belief in supporting economic development with the uplift of the less
fortunate have rewarded the vibrant and experienced team of KZN , which boasts over 150years of
experience amongst us in the Mining, Irrigation, Civil and Building sectors. Our strong relationships
between Contractors, Consultants and Municipalities have been forged over the years due to our
exceptional customer service and understanding of their needs during the good times and standing
strong behind them during the tough times. We have built our reputation on trust, honesty and
professionalism always striving to supply top quality products at the lowest possible prices with the best

MOZAMBIQUE
In line with SIZABANTU PIPING SYSTEMS’ export strategy, we partnered with two Mozambique citizens and
established SIZABANTU MOZAMBIQUE in 2009. The business focuses on the supplying of material to water
authorities and contractors in Mozambique. SIZABANTU MOZAMBIQUE has supplied projects all over the
country, as far north as Pemba, and has established a reputation of reliable service and quality material.
With its hands on approach and direct engagement with water authorities and contractors alike,
SIZABANTU MOZAMBIQUE is relied on for expert advice on material selection and quality standards.
Having extensive experience in importation of materials from all over the world, our clients can expect a
professional service and our turn key solutions make the importing process effortless for our clients, and
delivery to site is what can be expected
NELSPRUIT
Sizabantu Piping Systems Nelspruit branch was opened in 2007 and has since then, gone from strength to
strength. It focuses on the Agricultural markets in Swaziland, together with its partner company, Sizabantu
Swaziland. Servicing customers throughout the Mpumalanga province, Sizabantu Piping Systems Nelspruit
has established itself as the market leader of piping systems to the infrastructure market sector in the
Mpumalanga. It has instilled a strong social responsibility with all its staff, and Sizabantu Piping Systems
regularly participate in many events and initiatives that involve community upliftment. Greg Loock is the
Director of the business unit and has 20 years experience in the piping industry, having started his career
in 1996. Sizabantu Piping Systems Nelspruit has a strong support team in Nelspruit and will assist in pricing
material for tenders and deliver orders received throughout the Mpumalanga province.
POLOKWANE
Sizabantu Piping Systems Limpopo was the second Sizabantu operation to open in South Africa,
the business commenced trading in September 2003. From humble beginnings, sharing premises with a
large pipe manufacturer, we have grown to become the largest Plastic Pipe distributor in the Limpopo
province. Our core business is in the civils market but we also service the irrigation & industrial markets.
This business is managed by a team of competent people with combined working experience in the PVC
piping industry of over 55years. SPS Limpopo is very involved in social responsibility programmes in our
community.
SWAZILAND
Sizabantu Swaziland was established in 2004 with the intention to empower local businessman Mordecai
Dlamini. With the backing of SIZABANTU PIPING SYSTEMS, Sizabantu Swaziland soon became the market
leader in the supply of quality material for the Agricultural and Infrastructure market sectors throughout
The Kingdom of Swaziland. Due to our expertise and associations with companies within the water sector,
Sizabantu Swaziland identified an opportunity to assist local Contractors and Engineers on pump
selections and installations for various projects. Sizabantu Swaziland has completed many pump stations
for various of our clients, and is relied on throughout the industry, for expert advice and impeccable
pump station installations. Sizabantu Swaziland has truly become a one stop solution, through added
value and expert advice.
WESTERN CAPE
The Cape Town branch has been in operation since April 2011. From humble beginnings, working from a
home office for two years to stores and offices in Blackheath and a staff compliment of seven currently,
we've enjoyed tremendous growth. We service mainly the civil construction and agriculture industry with
a total plastic pipe solution and emphasis on service delivery. Trevor Lombard and Abu Eksteen manages
the branch together and are responsible for marketing in the Western Cape.

Through its association with SAPPMA, SPS has further endorsed its
firm policy of quality material, fit for purpose, at a competitive
rate, to the industry. Included in SPS’s product offer, is access
to a professional Civil Engineering service, that can support
and endorse Specification criteria on pipe selection. This added
service gives our customers peace of mind when deciding on the
appropriate solution for their specific requirement. Further to this,
SPS is also an accredited ECSA member, reaffirming our reputation
as a trusted partner in the Civil fraternity.

PRODUCT PHILOSOPHY
SPS have policy of zero compromise on quality and for this matter have engaged and
become a member of the SOUTH AFRICAN PLASTIC PIPE MANUFACTURERS ASSOCIATION
SAPPMA). This association is a regulatory body where all reputable industry players belong to,
and is a watchdog to the industry and ensures that the quality of manufactured material is
upheld and conforms to the appropriate standards.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Sizabantu Piping Systems is actively involved in the social upliftment and skills
development of the impoverished communities.
Training in pipe laying is offered to
communities where projects are planned,
to ensure the unemployed members of
these communities are trained in basic
pipe laying skills. Because our product is user
friendly, we are able to involve manual
labour practices to install these pipelines, further
empowering local communities to participate in the implementation of projects.
Further to this, SPS have also been involved in sponsoring sports tournaments to rural
schools, in an effort to encourage the youth to be actively involved in life skills
development. Our many social projects are close to our hearts and values, and is
reflective of our proud name, SIZABANTU – to help the people.
