About Us
trange Technologies Limited is an
Information and Communication STechnology (ICT) servicing outfit with
its head office currently based in Abuja, Nigeria.
First incorporated as Strange Concepts Limited
in 1994, we have been providing ICT services in
Nigeria. We have executed various projects in
almost all geographical zones of the country,
including Katsina, Lagos, Ogun, Ondo, Ekiti,
Bauchi, Nasarawa, Plateau, Enugu, Kano, Niger
and Kaduna states. Through our exposure, we
have gathered vast experiences across various
sectors including government, diplomatic,
educational, construction, banking and
communications amongst others.

elp Desk Support: Our helpdesk
services are designed to give you Hpersonal attention without making a
visit to your site. All our helpdesk services are
FREE and available to everyone. You can take
advantage of this service to solve or get expert
opinion on all your PC problems, get quotes for
computer or telecom equipment and accessories.
Our helpdesk telephone support line is open
from 8am to 5pm from Mondays to Fridays. Our
email support is open 24 hours on these days.
On-Site Support: Some problems require that
we make a visit to your site to solve. This is the
kind support we call On-site support, and it
attracts a fee. This fee is a flat rate, referred to as
service charge. This fee does not include the cost
of any replaced components on your equipment.
Outsourced Support: High capital investment

Kebbi prototype Integrated Tax Offices (ITO).

FEDERAL MINISTRY OF HEALTH
Federal Secretariat, Phase III, Abuja.
[1999-2012]
Under the Health Systems Development Project
(World Bank assisted project), we were
appointed as consultant for the review of mobile
phone data collection systems in Nigeria. Our
terms of reference include the following:
1. Compile a comprehensive list of all initiatives
using mobile phones to collect health
information in Nigeria
2. Conduct actual in-depth review of six of them
in the following areas:
a. Versatility: what it can actually do
b. Robustness: ability to collect, store, collate
and analyze data
c. Integrity: ability to protect data within its
system
3. Produce a draft report from the reviews
making recommendations to the Federal
Ministry of Health, highlighting the
opportunities, challenges and comparative
advantage of each.
4. Conduct a dissemination seminar with the
ministry and other stake holders on the findings
of the review.
5. Submit a final report incorporating the inputs
from other stake holders at the seminar.

(World Bank assisted project), we supplied of

[2006]
As sub-contractors to CPN, we executed a 700
node CAT6 structured cabling contract for data
network with Multi-mode fibre backbone
linking all the floors in the building.
SCC PLAZA, Jabi Abuja
[1997 to 2006]
Provided structured cabling for voice & data
networks and also deployed several networks
including a server based network for their
corporate head office, SCC Plaza, SCC Pipe
Manufacturing Factory in Ushafa, Abuja and
many other sites. We also supplied all the
computers systems and peripherals.
We supported their huge IT requirements
through a service level agreement (SLA)
covering all computers and infrastructure in
Abuja and Lagos offices and sites, numbering
over 200 systems with associated peripherals.

Sokoto states. The training took place at Bayero
University, Kano.
Petroleum (Special) Trust Fund: Enhancing
Data Processing Capacity for the West African
Examinations Council (WAEC). The scope of
