Emergency Hospital in the South Valley University considered as one of the newest hospitals in Qena, where the hospital was built on plant area of 3000 Sq. m consists of 5 floors with built-up area of 15000 Sq. m.
The hospital capacity is 300 beds and 8 up-to-date operating rooms, in addition to intensive care, post-op, burn and toxins wards, patient wards, radiology, laboratories, central sterilization department, the kitchen, and the central laundry of the hospital.
All project’s Electro-mechanical works have been executed by MechaTronics.
The A/C works was executed with Cooling capacity of 850 T.R using a direct expansion condensing Units (DX UNIT).
All hospital spaces are protected from fire using a pumps station with capacity of 1000 GPM, in addition to internal and external Piping Networks, automatic sprinklers, and fire cabinets.
Moreover, DATA, MDB rooms, Elect and Power station annexed to the project are protected using special gas systems (AIROSOL – CO2).
The electrical works have been implemented; providing 2 transformers with capacity of 2500 KVA per transformer, in addition to the entire main and branch cables and main and sub-main distribution panels.
Advanced light current systems have been used to operate the works of the fire alarm, nurses call, telephone, data, MATV, Public address and CCTV Systems.

Aswan General Hospital considered as one of the major hospitals in the South of the country where the hospital has been built on Plant area of 3000 Sq. m consists of 6 floors with total built-up area of 12000 Sq. m.
The hospital includes 350-bed and 4 up-to-date operating rooms, in addition to intensive care, post-op, burn, and toxins wards, and patient wards, radiology, laboratories, central sterilization department, the kitchen, and the central laundry of the hospital.
All project A/C works have been executed by MechaTronics.
The A/C works are executedwith cooling capacity of 520 T.R using chillers, chilled water distribution pumps, air handling units, galvanized ducts, black steel ducts for kitchen ventilation, and Aluminum ducts for laundry ventilation.
All patients’ rooms were provided with split units.

Due to building a new factories complex of UCCMA company, an administrative building has been built on plant area of 3500 Sq. m consists of 4 floors including a Conference Hall and restaurant for employees.
The central air-conditioning works of the administrative building and its annexes have been implemented using Air Handling Units (AHU) and Fan Coil Units (FCU) with an air- conditioning capacity of 600 T.R.
Also, the light current systems work has been implemented by MechaTronics (fire alarm system, data system, CCTV, accesses control, MATV, Public address and the telephones, in the admin building and its annexes)

Talal Abu-Ghazaleh building located in the smart village on plant area of 1000 Sq. m
consists of 4 floors. Three floors have been renovated and maintained with built-up area of
3000 Sq. m for all electro-mechanical works.
Full maintenance have been executed for all building’s main services equipment from air
handling units and main distribution panels to all the Fan Coil Units.
The required Cooling capacity has been recalculated according to the new architectural
design and all-electric modifications and low current systems adjustment, including fire
alarm, CCTV, data, telephones, and public address systems.

Moreover, an Elect. power station with a capacity of 1000 KVA, all main panels and sub-panels, back-up power generator with capacity of 350 KVA, all the cables, and lighting units, have been established.
It was provided with the latest low current systems of fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control of doors, information transfer systems, and data/telephones system.

The Egyptian army factories for its supplies ,Rubiky industrial Zone considered as one of the major industrial zones in Egypt, as it includes more than 12 factories for high quality industrial purposes.
Five factories have been assigned to MechaTronics to execute all electro-mechanical works, including:
- HVAC of the administrative buildings annexed to the factories.
- Specialized works have been implemented in the dyeing factory, such as steam, hot water, treated water, and the compressed air systems,
- Transformers room, all main-panel and sub-panel, cables, and lighting systems,

All networking works and project infrastructure have been executed, from electrical power transformers station with capacity of 2500 KVA and distribution voltage of 22 k/690 Volt, all public cables, to the administrative buildings, distribution sub-points, external lighting of roads and trails, data cables, and telephones.
The entire area was covered by the under-ground fire-fighting networks and groundwater outlets (Fire Hydrant)
As well as drainage systems of roads and trails like pipes, rain chamber, sewage collection, and lift stations.

Due to needs of the first zone factories complex in 6th October for water recharge, we have built major water reservoirs, and lifting station, a pumping station has been executed with a set of pumps with capacity of 148 m3/h per pump and all lifting station works of the pipes and control valves.
LG factory is located in 10th of Ramadan City and it is considered as one of the largest factories in Egypt.
The conditioning works of it have been executed using VRF system with total conditioning capacity of 750 T.R. This factory is one of the largest world’s projects using this system.

The project was implemented on three successive phases over three years; due to the magnitude of the project and the particular requirements of the owner, as the storage height reached 15 m.
All fire-fighting works have been executed using a pumping station with capacity of 2500 GPMGPMM, all external and internal networks, and sprinklers, according to special needs of the project and the storage method, also all external and internal health works networks, room inspection, and the project’s main lift station.

Ragab Sons chain is considered as one of the major trade and distribution companies in the Republic, consequently, the stores and the main distribution area of the chain have been built on Egypt Ismailia Desert Road on plant area of 35000 Sq. m and a storing height up to 15 m.
We used the latest systems to protect these stores from fire using fire pumping station with capacity of 2500 GPM including all external and internal networks, and also using special sprinkler for the proportionality with stores height and high storage capacity, as well as fireboxes and Early alarming systems in case of fire, according to the requirement of high codes of such installations.
Nestle is one of the leading companies in the field of food processing in Egypt, where plant area of 3400 Sq. m were added in October 6th factory for ice cream production, and administrative building consists of 2 floors on Built –up area of 1200 Sq. m,
The electrical works have been executed using stainless steel materials for all used systems from pipes and cables holders according to the standard specifications used in such projects.
All conditioning works were implemented with 50 T.R of cooling capacity for the annex administrative building, and the ventilation works of the storage areas using fans and specific filters for protection against contamination.

All sanitary works were executed from water recharge stations, internal and external water, and sewage networks, sewage collection, and room inspection, to the sewage treatment plant.

All central air-conditioning systems that ducting system represent a comfortable environment for bacteria ,fungus and distasteful odors that is caused if not cleaned and decontamination regularly.
And due to our long experience in the field of air conditioning works and to provide integrated solutions to our customers in this field, the company has added a new sector of services using the latest methods and equipment for duct cleaning and decontamination the air ducts of the central air conditioning systems.
At the behest of Dar Al Fouad hospital (Nasr City) to maintain the distinct service and submitted by them, the cleaning of air ducts has been assigned to Mechatronics company due to their experience in this field.
The works included – Operating rooms - the laboratories - radiology -dental clinics - the kitchen, the restaurant, patients’ rooms, public places, and the garages.

Najaf hospital was built in Najaf Iraq on Plant area of 8880 Sq. m, and it consists of 4 floors on total Built-up area of 56000 Sq. m.
With a capacity of 600 beds and 16 modern operating rooms, other than the intensive care wards, laboratory, radiology, outpatients’ clinics, and department of central sterilization.
All project’s electro-mechanical works have been executed using the latest equipment and the best materials.
The building was adapted using chilled water plant (CHILLERS) and its extensions from pumps with conditioning capacity of 4300 T.R including all air ducts, insulation, and special exits of operating rooms from stainless steel materials.
The project has also been supported by an electricity distribution station with capacity of 16000 KVA including all transformers, main-panel and sub-panel, cables and its extensions.
Backup generators were also provided to the hospital with a panel for the synchronization incapacity of 10000 KVA.
A pumping station was also used for fire-fighting with capacity of 2500 GPMGPM, all its networks, automatic water sprinklers, and fire cabins are according to international standards.
The latest low current systems have been provided including fire alarm, on-call nurses, pagers and central watches, data systems, and telephones.
Due to the special specifications and requirements of this project, all medical information of the patients was linked to HIMS system, which is considered one of the latest used systems in this field.
Also, all the electro-mechanical systems of the hospital were linked to BMS system to control and monitor all project equipment.
