BENZOR INTERNATIONAL MANPOWER SERVICES is a licensed overseas recruitment business with the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) the o�fice established under the Department of Labor and Employment of the Philippines to regulate and monitor the recruitment of Filipino workers of overseas job contracts under License No. POEA-429-LB-082702-R.
Benzor International has been in the recruitment business for the past three decades, servicing mainly the manpower requirements of countries in the Middle East such as Saudi Arabia, U.A.E., Qatar, Kuwait, North African countries and Canada. Now, it has also new markets in Asia where it is doing successful recruitment business on joint-venture arrangements with firms in Singapore, Malaysia and the United States of America.

Preparation of appropriate advertisement text, securing approval from POEA- Labor O�fice and booking of the ad in the newspaper;____
Sourcing of applicants based on client's job description and specification;____
Review of applicant's resume to determine if actual qualifications and hands-on experience match client's job criteria;____
Conduct preliminary interview to verify information and experience stated in the resume’ and to check physical appearance of the applicant and gauge communication skills and proficiency;____
Short listing of applicants for the final interview and selection;____
Administering client's tests or coordinating trade tests for short listed candidates, if required by client;____
Finalization of employment contract for all candidates selected by client;____
Encompass the following:
Processing and documentation of candidates selected by client at POEA-Labor O�fice and client's Consular O�fices in Manila; ____
Provide necessary recruitment status reports to client;____
Arrange �light bookings and confirmation;____
Conduct of Pre-departure Orientation Seminar to workers with confirmed �lights;____
Liaise with recruits’ families if and when required by client.____
OUR CORE METHODOLOGIES &RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Using our Own Mapped data base (hierarchy wise). Update and activate our data base of pre-qualified applicants for clients’ selection.Using suitability tool for Hiring Employees’ like: - E.Q/ E.I and Aptitude Test for Management & Technical positions. Arrange the trainings needed, including trade tests and medical examination of selected applicantsUsing special questionnaire to understand candidates understanding. Only relevant profiles to reach the clients.
Provide clients with conducive venue, facilities therein and reliable support-sta�f during selection process/interviewAssist the selected applicant in the documentation requirements needed like the processing of their verified contract of employment in pertinent government agencies like the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), Authentication of their documents in the Department of Foreign A�fairs (DFA) if necessary;Assist workers in securing Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) Certificate for those who are scheduled for departure;Assist the selected worker in their departure formalities/procedures;Using market intelligence and referral checks.Continuous update and monitoring of service rendered to all our clients/ employers.
