Skills Assessment Programme
This assessment program is designed to test existing construction workforce on their competency in their current job
scope and/or field of expertise. Such is to ensure that the workforce from all segments of the industry is skillful to meet
the rapidly changing demands and increasingly sophisticated technology, as required by Act 520.
Customized Program
• Customized program refers to a program design specially according to clients requirement.
• The measurement of skill or an official authorization or recognition to be given to all existing local and foreign construction skilled workers.
• CIDB has determined that all construction works that utilizes skills have to carried out by skilled workers. To ensure the output skills are up to the standard.

Safety Induction Construction Worker Program
What is the CIDB Green Card?
• This is an integrated program that involves the registration and accreditation of Construction Personnel to enhance safety levels at Construction work sites.
Why must you register?
• To ensure that Construction Workers are aware of the importance a safe and healthy working place;
• To provide a basic knowledge on safety and health at the Construction work site;
• To inform Construction Workers of the legal requirements in relation to safety and health.
• Automatically covered by a special Insurance Scheme that insures the Construction Personnel against death and accidents
