Integration with your MIS – How will it work?

• Compass PLUS will allow you to pull in your school’s MIS data through our integration partner Assembly

• As of September 2019, we will only be able to integrate with the following: • SIMS• Arbor• Progresso• CMIS• ScholarPack • Bromcom

• Integration with other MIS systems used by schools and colleges will be rolled out on a continuous basis over the academic year and beyond

Data privacy & security – How we protect your school’s data

• The staff at CEC will have access to Personally Identifiable Information (PII) only insofar as is necessary to build and maintain the system

• Only pseudonymised data (replacing most identifying fields within a data record by one or more artificial identifiers, or pseudonyms) will otherwise be viewed by staff

• We will be sharing the Assembly and CEC privacy policies to schools in advance of the tool going live in September 2019. These will detail exactly how your data will be used

❑ Find An Activity Provider: A national database of activity providers, all of which must complete an application process with the CEC before being listed. Relevant providers from this database pop up when you are creating a new activity (if you don’t have a provider)
