4. GOLD LEADERSHIP BONUS

These are like Generation Bonusesand are earned by senior leaders withthe rank of Gold. They are an extra percentage of the income produced by your organization. This bonus is designed to give extraordinary rewards toextraordinary leadership performance.
How It Pays:
Gold and higher titled positions may qualify for
a 2% Personal Leadership Generation on the
TGBV on the sales bonus volume of all their
downline organization that has not yet qualified
as Gold to unlimited depth in their organization.
This bonus is paid on all downline legs and is
interrupted only by another downline Gold or
higher ranked position in a specific leg. When
that happens, the 2% Personal Leadership
Generation is replaced by a 3% BV

How It Pays:

Commissions and Bonuses are generated from your personally enrolled Members, Customers and from your down line organization that are purchasing and using Utopian Global products and services.To qualify to receive a commission or bonus as a Utopian Global Affiliate you must be as deemed as ACTIVE.
An Affiliate is considered Active for aspecific month if they have 5000 PGQV (Personal Group Qualification Revenue from Customers only) or a 50 PQV Subscription within the last (4) consecutiveweeks (i.e., within the previous four (4) weeks or a current valid extended Membership)
TERMINOLOGY – INACTIVE
An Affiliate is considered Inactive for a specific month if they do not have 5000 PGBV or a 50 PBV Subscription within last four (4) consecutive weeksi.e., within the previous four (4) weeks or a current valid extended Membership)
If an Affiliate is flagged as an “INACTIVE” Affiliate” for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, the following will occur:
➢ The Affiliate Account is considered a customer➢ The Affiliate is removed out of both the Enroller and
Placement Tree as he is considered a customer ➢ Any BV volume they have will roll up to the next upline
Active Affiliate➢ Access to their Utopian Global Member account will be
maintained for log in
TERMINOLOGY – Achieved Rank
Affiliate (Rank-1) is the default rank an Affiliate receives at the time of upgrade.
➢ The specific Rank Achievement requirements are presented in the “Plan Summary by Rank” section of this document.
➢ Rank achievements are determined during the Monthly compensation run.
➢ Rank achievements are effective at the beginning of the Month (i.e., Commission Period) that the requirements were met. Example: If an Affiliate meets the requirements to advance to Bronze(Rank-2) on Thursday 26-Jan-2019 at 4:32 PM, the rank achievement to Bronze is confirmed as of the beginning of the Monthly commission period Friday 01-Feb-2019 (i.e., at 12:00 AM).
➢ An Affiliate may advance more than one rank in a given period.
The Enroller and Placement Sponsor can be the same person …but doesn’t have to be.
