The Javita business model rewards Members who sell our products and promote our business opportunity. This is accomplished by allocating almost our entire marketing and advertising budget to financial rewards and other incentives provided in the Javita Member Compensation Plan.

Javita’s Compensation Plan allows Members to get paid both weekly and monthly. There are eleven (11) ways to earn an income, allowing

Members to generate both immediate and long-term income.

Each of these income-earning opportunities, as well as other incentives provided by Javita, are outlined in the following pages.

When you enroll as a Javita Member, you will purchase product, be given marketing websites and an online business center. When you find other people who want to become Javita Customers or Members, you can sell them product and add them to your business through your Javita website. To be eligible to earn commissions in the months thereafter, you must have monthly qualifying Personal Volume (PV) from the product purchased by you and your Customers. The larger you build your team of Customers and Members, the greater your potential for financial rewards.

The Dollar Coffee Club offers a unique opportunity for its Members to build a huge group of customers who enjoy drinking Javita’s products each month.

It’s FREE for Customers to become a part of the Club, and when they are on AutoShip (our monthly Auto Delivery Program), they will receive their products for $1 a cup. Plus, Customers can be rewarded for their continued purchasing loyalty, AND the initial purchases made by any customers they may have.

All volume generated by your Preferred Customers and the Customers your PCs sign up, counts towards your Personal Customer Volume (PCV). Members building a group of Personal Customers earn a Customer Acquisition Bonus on their Customers’ initial order, and earn Personal Customer Commissions based on their monthly reorders.

You end the month with 1,100 in Customer Volume. 200 is from new Customers’ first orders, on which you

earn a percentage as a Customer Acquisition Bonus. The remaining 900 is paid in Personal Customer

Commissions as follows:

900 – 200 = 700 x 20% = $140

RETAIL PROFITSProfits from sales to customers are a simple and immediate way for Members to earn income. By purchasing products at the Member wholesale price and selling them directly to your Customers, you can earn profits on the difference between the price at which you sell the product and the Member wholesale price. You can also earn retail profits from Customers who purchase directly from your Javita websites or when your Customers call Javita Member Services and provide your Member ID. Sales to Customers can generate immediate income of 30 percent or more in retail profits.

Customer Acquisition BonusFor each new Preferred Customer (PC) that purchases directly from the company and signs up for an AutoShip Order, you will earn a Customer Acquisition Bonus (CAB) for their initial order. Their AutoShip Order will process the following month.

You can earn higher CABs in two ways: You can advance in rank or you can acquire more Preferred Customers in a month. You will receive the higher of the two in your monthly commissions.

Volume from a new PC counts toward Member qualification but does not get paid in Team Commissions.

PERSONAL Customer COMMISSIONSPersonal Customer Commissions (PCC) are an incentive for Members to build and maintain a large group of Customers. Volume from purchases made by your personally enrolled Retail and Preferred Customers (excluding their initial order on which you earn a Customer Acquisition Bonus) is paid in Preferred Customer Commissions.

When your sales to Customers exceeds 200 in monthly volume, you earn 10-30% in Customer Commissions, which is paid monthly. No PCC are paid on the first 200 in Customer Volume, as this is credited to upline Team Commissions.

FIRST ORDER Bonus The First Order Bonus allows a Member to earn immediate weekly income. The bonus is paid to the Enroller and is based on the amount of product purchased in a new Member’s first order.

The First Order Bonus is paid on a Weekly Pay Cycle, which begins and ends at midnight each Sunday night. Payment is made the following Monday.

Eligibility for the First Order Bonus requires existing Members to have been active with their Personal Qualifying Volume at the end of the previous calendar month. If an existing Member was not active at the end of the previous month, they must have 150 PV in the current month to be eligible for the First Order Bonus. For new Members in the current month, their initial order makes them eligible for the First Order Bonus.

The following are the First Order Bonuses for the three options new Members have when joining:

STAR Bonus The STAR Bonus is reserved for Members who become STAR. Becoming a STAR is only attainable in your first 30 days. All Members should strive to become a STAR as it is the key building block of the Javita business, and reinforces the most important steps to building a successful business—getting off to a fast start, selling product to new Members and Customers, and helping your new Members become STAR. Once you achieve STAR, you are eligible to earn the STAR Bonus every month you are active. To become a STAR, during your first 30 days you must meet the STAR qualification for either option 1 or option 2:

1. Purchase a STAR Pack and generate a minimum of 400 in Personal Volume (PV) from your personal product purchases and sales to your personal customers in your first 30 days.

Team Development Infinity Bonus (TDI)The TDI Bonus is a great way to earn immediate, weekly income. Once you become a STAR and achieve the rank of Consultant, you are eligible to earn the Consultant level TDI Bonus in the following month. If you do not achieve STAR, you can begin earning the TDI Bonus when you reach the rank of Senior Consultant. The amount of the TDI Bonus you earn is based on your paid-as rank at the end of the prior month and the STAR Pack purchased by all new Members in your organization (see chart). Achieving a rank in the current month qualifies a Member for the next month’s TDI Bonus. The TDI Bonus follows the Enroller Tree starting with the first upline Consultant or above. Any upline Members who are not STARs or who are at the same rank are blocked from earning the TDI Bonus. The TDI Bonus is paid weekly.

team commissions Team Commissions are earned from the volume created by product sales on member re-orders throughout your organization. Javita’s Compensation Plan is a unilevel system, and pays team commissions based on Consultant Generations (see Definitions). This means that each active Consultant in your organization creates a generation, and upline Members earn a percentage on the total accumulated Team Commissionable Volume (see Definitions) in each generation based on their Qualifying Rank. Team Commissions follow the Sponsor Tree and are paid monthly.

Leadership Car Bonus The Leadership Car Bonus is for Members who achieve the ranks of Supervisor and above. Qualified Members are eligible to receive a monthly Car Bonus of $500 to $2,000.

The Leadership Car Bonus can be used towards the lease or purchase of any car, SUV or truck. It may also be applied towards the Student College Tuition and Loan Repayment Option (Tuition Option), or you may elect the Cash Option and receive 50% of the bonus in cash. (See Leadership Car Program Guidelines for complete details.)

Leadership DEVELOPMENT Bonus The Leadership Development Bonus rewards Supervisors and above for helping their Members advance in rank. The bonus is based on your paid-as rank and the active rank of Members in three separate frontline legs. The Bonus is earned every month you meet the requirements. If you do not meet the leg requirements at your rank, you can earn the bonus by meeting the leg requirements for a lower rank.

Rank Advancement Bonus The Rank Advancement Bonus (RAB) rewards Members for achieving and maintaining the ranks of Manager and above. This is a one-time bonus for each new highest rank achieved with a potential total payout of over $600,000. Once the highest rank is achieved, the rank must be maintained the following consecutive month, and then it is paid over the payout period.

diamond infinity Bonus Diamonds can qualify to earn the Diamond Infinity Bonus. Beginning at Diamond, you can earn from 1% to 4% of the commissionable volume of your entire organization to infinity. This bonus is paid following each leg down to the next equal or higher-ranked Diamond. If you are blocked by a lower ranked Diamond, you earn the incremental percentage difference.

Monthly Promotions & Incentives The Company believes in doing special promotions to reward product sales and business building. These monthly promotions include special product discounts, double First Order Bonus, double STAR Bonuses and more. It’s important to watch all Corporate Communications for these special announcements.

FastTrack 60 / FastTrack 90 Bonuses

The company has special rewards for Members who build a team of STARs. Build 3 personal STARs in your 1st 60 days and continue to duplicate and build 3 personal Sr. Consultant legs in your 1st 90 days and can earn TWO special bonuses.

Supervisor Fly-In Become a new Supervisor then qualify for a semi-annual weekend trip to the Corporate Office in Boca Raton, Florida. You will tour the office, meet the staff and spend the day with Executives. These Fly-ins include special trainings, and are a great way to make Javita friends.

Annual Incentive Trips

Once a year, Javita invites all Members to qualify for a fun and relaxing, multi-day getaway. The dates and destination may vary, but one thing is always on the menu—lots of R&R! These incentive trips include Caribbean cruises, trips to Mexico and more.

Diamond Destinations Diamonds receive VIP treatment at our Regional and National events, including exclusive pre-event meetings with company executives, special VIP seating, fine dining at 5-star restaurants, tickets to “must-see” shows and so much more.

Diamond Trip The annual Diamond Trip gives qualifying Diamonds and their families a world class vacation with the “royal treatment.” Five days and four nights in paradise. Pamper yourself in a luxurious spa; enjoy fine dining; relax by the pool; swim with the dolphins—your options are as limitless as your imagination.

Weekly MonthlyPayment Frequency

Javita pays both weekly and monthly. Each weekly commission pay period is based on orders placed and paid for beginning on Monday 12:00 a.m. and ending on Sunday 11:59 p.m. These times are based on your local time zone. Weekly compensation allows every Member the opportunity to earn First Order, TDI and STAR Bonus each week the activities occur.

The monthly commission pay period is based on the calendar month. The monthly commission period ends at 11:59 p.m. the last day of each month. Monthly compensation will be deposited into Member’s accounts the 18th day of each month for activity during the previous month. This includes the Leadership Car Bonus, Team Commissions and other monthly bonuses.

The first time you earn commissions, Javita automatically creates a Paylutions account for you. Once created, you will receive an e-mail from Paylution ([email protected]) that will give you instructions on how to activate your account. You’ll click the activation link (in the e-mail) and input all the necessary fields to manage your funds.

In addition to the e-mail sent to you from Paylutions, Javita will also send you a notification. If you do not receive either, please contact Javita Member Services at 1-855-JAVITA-1 (1-855-528-4821) and we will assist in getting you your activation e-mail / information.

For more information and answers to any other questions, simply log into your Back Office and select “JavitaPay”in your Profile section.

JAVITAPAYJavitaPay is your easy-to-use online pay portal provided by Paylutions that allows you to receive your payments electronically each time you get paid. You can then transfer your funds quickly and efficiently to your bank account or onto a Javita Prepaid Visa® Card (currently in U.S. & Canada only). And each time you’re paid, you’ll receive an e-mail notification that your funds have been deposited into your account!

— D E F I N I T I O N S —

60% Rule (Total OV Infinity): The Company has adopted the 60% Rule, whereby for rank qualification, no more than 60% of total qualifying OV may come from a single leg.

Active: Members are considered active as long as they maintain the required personal volume from orders during the month.

AutoShip: A monthly recurring order that ships between the 1st and 20th of each month. In order to receive compensation from Javita, a Member must have either a 50 PV AutoShip, a 100 PV AutoShip or a 150 PV (non-AutoShip) order / total.

Compression: The process that occurs prior to the calculation of team commissions, during which Members who are not active do not count as level.

Consultant Generation: A downline Consultant Generation ends with the first Consultant or higher rank. The next Consultant Generation begins immediately thereafter, and ends with the next Consultant or higher rank—and so on.

Customer: Someone who purchases product and does not sign up as a Member. Customers cannot enroll Members and cannot receive commissions.

CV: (or Commissionable Volume) Units of predetermined value assigned to products used for calculating rank qualification and Member commissions.

Downline: The Members below another Member in the Genealogy.

Enroller: A Member who recruits a new Member into the company.

Enroller Tree: The genealogical sequence based on Enrollers. For example, your personally enrolled members are all on the first level of your enroller tree. When your personally enrolled Members enroll a new Member, they become your second level in your enroller tree.

FastTrack 60 Bonus: Build 3 personal STARs and cumulative 5,200 OV in your 1st 60 days and earn the $1,000 FT60 Bonus.

FastTrack 90 Bonus: Build 3 personal Sr. Consultant legs and cumulative 18,000 OV in your 1st 90 days and earn the $1,000 FT90 Bonus.

Genealogy: The overall structure of where Members and Customers are positioned in the organization.

Global Volume: Each product has a corresponding unit of measure called volume. Volume is used for the calculation of global commissions, which are then converted into local currency using the dollar exchange rate for commission payments.

Infinity Volume: The total volume from all product orders in your downline all the way to infinity.

Leg: A leg is a portion of a Member’s downline organization starting at one of their first level Members and includes all other Members and Customers in their downline. If a Member has three frontline first level Members, they have three legs.

Level: This identifies the location of a Member within your Upline or Downline.

Member ID: A unique six-digit number assigned to each Javita Member.

Placement: The process during a new Member’s first 60 days, during which the Enroller has a one-time opportunity to move their new Member under another downline Member. The Member under whom the new Member is placed becomes the Sponsor.

Preferred Customer: A Customer who signs up for AutoShip and thereby receives Member pricing.

Rank: A Member’s level of achievement in the Compensation Plan that determines recognition and the amount of commissions and bonuses earned. A Member’s rank can be described as their highest achieved rank or their current month paid-as rank. Commissions are based on paid-as rank. Recognition is based on highest achieved rank.

Retail Customer: A Customer who purchases product at the retail price.

Sponsor: The direct upline of a Member.

Sponsor Tree: The line of Membership from Sponsor to Sponsor.

STAR: A Member becomes a STAR when they join with a qualifying STAR Pack and meet the qualifications within their first 30 days. (See STAR Program for more details.)

STAR Pack: There are three STAR Packs—Silver ($299), Gold ($499) or Platinum Pack ($999). This pack is purchased at the time you join or within 30 days of your join date.

Team Commissionable Volume: Includes volume from monthly Member re-orders, and the first 200 of volume from monthly Customer re-orders. See Personal Customer Commissions for payment on Customer re-order volume.

TDI Bonus: An Infinity Bonus paid to qualifying Members who achieve rank AND are STAR.

Upline: The Members above another Member in the Genealogy.

* You must be an active Member in good standing to receive any compensation or bonuses.
