V((' (n Part ( of the #rainin& Plan there is a section for si&natures of each of the three parties to thea&reement' Si&nin& this section becomes a documented record of a&reement to the #rainin& Planand is one $ay of ensurin& a&reement of the employer apprentice and .# to the plannedtrainin& pro&ram' #his section also records the time frame that all a&ree is reasonable for theemployer to respond to the .# on re/uests to confirm the competency of the apprentice'

V(((' (n Part (( of the #rainin& Plan there is a 4e&end at the bottom of the table that $ill assist indevelopin& the #rainin& Plan' #his 4e&end covers *ssessment 3ethods and Employer Contact3ethods usin& a scale of 1812' (n the #rainin& and *ssessment section of the table under  *ssessment 3ethods .#s could use one or more of the numbers as part of documentin&proposed assessment'
