SafetyAt Linde, safety receives the closest attention

in material handling trucks of every size. The

wide handle of the Linde control tiller pro-

vides the operator with the necessary sense

of safety, effectively protecting the hands

throughout every maneuver, while the low-

slung chassis prevents risk of foot injury.

PerformanceAir-& dust-tight enclosure of the hydraulic cir-

cuit ensures troublefree operation over long

periods of time, no matter how harsh condi-

tions may be on site. With the fast-lift feature,

loads weighing up to 200 kg can be lifted to

max. height in half the time. The M 25 is a

hand pallet truck for peak performance.

ComfortThe Linde M 25 hand pallet truck lives up to

its purpose of a high-convenience all-around

helper. Functional design devoid of all sharp

corners and edges plus a large steering pivot

angle of 105 to either side make it excep-

tionally manageable and manoeuvrable

inside a trailer or in other tight spaces.

ReliabilityTorsion-resistant construction of the strong

chassis permits safe handling of loads up to

2500 kg, raising capacity 25% above that of

the customary standard 2000 kg truck. Long

life is a built-in feature of the sturdy hydrau-

lic lift unit housing, made as single-piece

casting. The hard-wearing powder coat finish

provides excellent protection from corrosion.

ProductivityEffective and cost-efficient at work. Steer and

load wheels are of very high quality, quiet

running and low in rolling resistance. Bush

bearings are fitted on all joints, making it an

The futuristic Linde CiTi truck introduces a new model classification

between hand pallet trucks and electric pallet trucks. It offers a superb

innovative solution to the growing numbers of deliveries directly to

city centers and an alternative to the hand pallet truck used in work-

shops.

Fully electrical, the CiTi truck effortlessly negotiates obstacles such

as kerbs or verges of up to 70 mm high. This is due to the unique and

innovative wheels, which are designed specifically for this purpose.

The large, rubber tyred drive wheel and the two rear load wheels are

pivot-mounted to travel over obstacles.

In addition, the wheels and rollers minimize noise, a real plus for resi-

dents when making early morning deliveries to city centers. Its Piek

certification ensures a noise level below 60 dB (A).

CiTi truck is full of innovative solutions offering a very compact truck,

Truck eliminates the physical effort which

causes physical stress and strain to users. It is

equipped with an effective parking brake to

hold the truck safely on slopes or on lorry tail

lifts. The proportional joystick control allows

the truck to be manoeuvred with precision.

PerformanceThe CiTi Truck offers a unique solution to the

market. Thanks to the unique curved shape of

the load wheel bogies which articulate over

obstacles, and the traction motor incorpo-

rated in the drive wheel which provides the

power, the CiTi Truck can cross pedestrian-

ised and vehicle access areas, cope with

pavements and curbs up to 70mm high, and

handle ramps.

ComfortSimplicity and ergonomics are the key con-

cepts behind this truck. A joystick controls

traction and lift and is accessible by either

hand. The use of rubber drive and load

wheels ensures impressively quiet operation

on tail lifts, pedestrian zones, or over paved

floors. Its compactness guarantees easy and

precise manoeuvring even in the tightest

ReliabilityCiTi Truck is equipped with a new generation

of battery: Ni/ Cd and Ni/Mh. Intelligent and

compact, it accepts top-up recharging at any

time of the day. In order to achieve an optimal

quality and reliability, the conception and

aged by Linde.

With its compact slim line, low profile chassis this versatile truck is

ideal for working in the confined areas of lorries for example as well as

for efficient pallet transfers and marshalling duties.

The low pivoting tiller arm places the operator a safe and comfortable

distance from the truck while working and the intuitive dual controls

grouped on the tiller head are designed for ease of use by either hand.

Operator safety features include a rugged profiled hand guard and low

steel chassis surround to protect the feet. The pivoting castor wheels

SafetySinergo interface is implemented on Linde

pedestrian pallet trucks. The lower chassis

is rounded in shape and low to the ground

protecting the operators feet whilst the hand

guards of the tiller head effectively shield his

hands. The long tiller mounted low down on

the chassis ensures ample safety clearance

between operator and truck as well as keep-

ing steering effort low.

PerformanceThe combination of a new AC motor and Linde

LAC digital control makes these pallet trucks

highly efficient. Operating parameters can

be adjusted to match any application. When

additional performance is needed, a booster

effect automatically provides higher torque.

ComfortThrough Sinergo, all controls on the ergo-

nomic tiller can be easily operated by either

hand. An innovative Creep speed button

offers utmost manoeuvrability in confined ar-

eas. Proportional speed feature automatically

alters traction speed in relation to the

distance between truck and operator. Fin-

ished in tactile materials, these trucks deliver

effortless, smooth load handling to deliver

greater productivity.

ReliabilityDespite their visual appeal, these pallet

trucks are rugged and durable. Light, warm

and robust at the same time the tiller out of

Grivory material ensures a highly resistant

trucks interface. Exxtral, launched for the

motor cover gives no compromise regarding

softness and sturdiness protecting the techni-

cal compartment. In addition, the fork tips

which each withstands 2,000 kg contribute to

a long, trouble-free life.

ProductivityA maintenance-free AC motor maximises up-

time reducing operating costs. All truck data

is immediately and easy accessible to the

service engineer via the CAN-bus architec-

ture. Fast, easy access to all internal compo-

nents ensures service tasks are completed
