Application exampleBackstop FRHN 1 200 on the head drum shaft ofan inclined conveyor belt system. The lever armis bolted to the freewheel. The backdriving tor-que is supported by the lever arm on the baseplate. When the conveyor belt is without anyload, the drum shaft can be turned in both di-rections during maintenance by removing thebolts.
MountingThe backdriving torque is supported by thelever arm.The lever arm must not be clampedinto position. It must have 12,5 cm play in theaxial and in the radial direction.
The tolerance oft the shaft must be ISO h6 or j6.
Example for orderingFreewheel size FRHN 1 200 with a 230 mm bore:

for installations with low speeds. The freewheelsare designed for the use in inclined conveyor-belts, elevators or pumps. Taconite seals protectthe freewheels from contamination with dustor dirt.
