Our Drinking System is supplied from VAL-CO- USA. VAL-CO is one of the biggest and the best poultry equipment producer in USA. VAL-CO has been known as the best nipple drinking system in the market since 1973.

The VAL drinking system have been sold in the Kingdom

of Saudi Arabia on the bases of 100% to the major poultry

DRINKER FEATURES

• 360° side action starts day old chicks, no mini

drinkers needed. Triggers easier than any other

only if birds have been debeaked day old.

experience in the poultry field, will give your birds as

much water as they need without wasting a drop.

The tapered flow pin will allow a variable flow of

water and, at the same time, reduce accidental side

triggering. This means less waste and more flow in

the same drinker.

Our top quality Roaster Nipple is now available with

additional features at no extra charge, including Hi-

Flow, Xtra Hi-Flow and Feather Action. The Hi-Flow

option will give an average of 30% more flow than

a standard Roaster Nipple. The Xtra Hi-Flow option

will double the flow rates and should only be used in

extreme climates.

The Precision Feather Action option on the Roaster

Nipple will give your birds water with the lightest

touch in the industry. This option is available in all

three flow rates.

The Quencher Nipple is designed to match the industry

standards for nipple drinkers being offered today. It

is designed to provide Hi-Flow and Feather Action at

competitive prices. The new Quencher Nipple is

completely adaptable to fit any systems designed to

PXR Rooster Feeding System

The VAL-CO® PXR system provides automated weigh-

feeding of roosters. The hopper is constructed of heavy

galvanized steel. The drive unit is supplied with a reliable

motor and high quality gear reducer. The PXR pan feeder

has a rugged poly pan with a high cone, a special PVC

feed level tube and plastic grill with feed-saver ring.

COMPONENTS FOR THE FEEDING SYSTEM:

PXR Drive Unit with 1/3 or 1/2 hp motor delivers feed

smoothly. The control pan with mechanical switch starts

and stops the feed line as needed.

350 lb. scale accurately weighs feed. This fully suspended

system is available with single or double outlet powder

painted boot.

Electric Winch for male feeder line has a heavy duty

frame and gear reducer. It provides automatic lowering

with adjustable switches for desired feed line height –

and manual raising of the feed line for filling.

CHAIN FEEDERS

VAL-CO Offers a choice of suspended or floor model components and a choice of equipment of weighing feed inside & outside the house.

VAL-CO flat drive hoppers are powder painted all-welded

SILOS

VAL-CO Bulk Storage Bins are the ideal structure to protect feed from weather.

The weather-tight die formed roof has reinforcing ribs at

the seams for added strength and ease of assembly. The

22” diameter, warp resistant top lid closes tight to keep out

moisture. Bin bolts have a built-in weather seal and a drip edge

keeps water away from the taper hopper and unloading boot.

VALCO Silos comes with different sizes to be able to choose

the right bin that fits your bins.

VALMENA together with VAL-CO wants always to insure

the versatility, top performance and long service life. The fill

System, flexible auger Systems are the efficient way to deliver

feed almost anywhere you need it! Installation is easy and

maintenance costs are low. Components are all poly or heavy

galvanized steel construction (flexible auger, boots, Drop

outlets and controls)

In addition, we have the weighing system used mainly for

Breeder houses, consisting of a weigh bin with capacity of

2.37mt with a mechanical bin scale placed underneath with a

control box.

VAL-CO bins really perform with a 60 degree taper hopper on

the 6 and 9 ft. bins and 67 degree on the 7 ft. bin. The tapers

are offset to allow smooth feed flow and the top lid operates

smoothly with either the chain or the pinch-lock opener.

Bin sheets are made of heavy gauge G-90 galvanized steel

with 2-2/3” wide by 1/2” deep corrugation. Legs are die formed

with a sturdy bracing system for structural support. High

strength bolts are used throughout VAL-CO bins.

easily assembled and are very hen friendly, leading to a minimum of floor eggs.

The gentle expeller, nest pads with holes, and nest bottom that slopes gently

to the centre belt, ensure hens don’t brood in the nest or go out of production

slats out of the way with the included winching and

producers have easy access to the manure below –

no disassembly required!

Poultry flooring

Our new wear resistant, rugged, polypropylene poultry slat

is now available with either the galvanized metal frame, the

fiberglass rail support system, or can be used on a wood

frame without doubling the joists. The slip resistant surface

with 1” x 1 5/8” openings cuts cleaning time and will

improve your biosecurity since it will not harbour bacteria.

LIGHTING SYSTEM

Dual Color Led Lighting System for Broiler and Layer Raising

The LED lighting system VALMENA supply is the most

advance LED light system on the market for broiler and

layer rising.

LED light bulb contains two separate colours, blue and

green for broiler birds, white and red for layers. Each

colour can be dimmed independently from 0 to 100%

making it possible to mix the colours during the growing

period for optimal results.

The LED lighting system was developed to save energy

and stimulate bird growth in poultry houses.

It is cost efficient; two colours led light fixture with a

minimum working time of 50.000 hours per colour. Unlike

other lighting systems, the lighting system was designed

to supply birds with the required light intensity using the

proper light spectrum. Tests have shown that during the

first 10 days of the broiler raising period, green light at the

right spectrum stimulates growth. After this period blue light

spectrum has proven more effective for stimulating growth.

Using a mixture of green and blue colours has shown a

significant increase in growth together with lower mortality.

The LED lighting system consists of three parts; the power

supplies, light strings and the light fixtures. Each lighting

string contains four light fixtures. A total of two light strings

can be connected to one power supply for a total of 8 light

fixtures. Add on as many power supplies as needed.

The Light fixture comes in two

models. The broiler fixture

uses blue and green colours;

the layer fixture uses white and

red colours.

The LED Lighting system VALMENA supplies uses a

wireless dimmer controller to simultaneously dim each

colour individually or together and can be connected to

your main control unit by use of a dual 0 – 10 volt output.

All LED light fixtures are 100% water proof and come with

a 5 year guarantee.

cells and building of skeleton

• BLUE light stimulates the production of

testosterone in plasma, which generates proteins

to make the muscle cells bigger

• RED stimulates the hypothalamus, which makes

Modern environmental controllers provide a consistent

climate for your animals resulting in better feed efficiency,

better growth and lower mortality.

This is achieved through careful monitoring of

temperature, air speed, humidity, static pressure, feed use

and water use. All of these “inputs” are used to determine

when to turn fans on and off, when to open and close the

air inlets, when to turn on tunnel ventilation and much

more. Using the controller’s keypad, you simply input

operating parameters for your devices, desired building

temperature (which can be adjusted automatically over

time), and conditional decisions such as at what humidity

level should fogging/misting be disabled.

Rest assured, if something goes wrong the Ventra

activates an alarm output relay which can be used

to notify you of critical errors in water, feed, power,

temperature, air pressure, RH and data communication.

The “Hellmann Laying Battery” is a sophisticated,

worldwide field-tested laying system which has qualified

itself over many years. Low-cost management and high

A Broiler system is a growing system with a

high level of automation for fast, convenient

management of both the mechanical

operations and the livestock. The system

can be configured for up to four tiers to

maximize utilization of available floor space

and to optimize stocking density.

The unique perforated plastic mat provides

an easy-to-clean surface that is gentle on

the livestock. The Broiler Plus version offers

the same properties and benefits, but

different system widths to accommodate

other building sizes.

The soft and stable floor of perforated plastic matting is

perfectly suited for broilers. It prevents breast and foot

injuries and promotes the well-being of the livestock.

BULK FEED TANKS IN ALUMINIUM

Tanks equipped with auger unloading system made of

aluminium alloy for transport, discharge and ensilage

of bulk and pallet animal feedstuff. Double longitudinal

extraction base. Lowering loading centre of gravity with

excellent stability of the vehicle.

Start-up of augers and of all other devices through an

incorporated independent diesel motor or hydraulic

system with power take off from the vehicle. Lifting and

positioning of unloading tube by means of hydraulic

controls. Calibrated extraction augers (in steel or techno-

polymer) and self-blocking outflow regulators that allow

a perfect emptying and cleaning of compartments.

Unloading capacity in elevation 70/80 tons/hr. Unloading

capacity to the ground through tailgate 100tons/hr. Overfill

valve on the ending auger.

Possibility of application of rotary valve for mixed auger/

pneumatic unloading with discharging capacity of

The SUPER BEAK TRIMMER beak trims and cauterizes

in a single operation. This inhibits bleeding and beak

regrowth. Birds usually begin eating right after trimming.

Improvements to the SUPER BEAK TRIMMER include a
