The easy-to-install, compact LockIT device is installed onto the Asset and is responsible for relaying position data (speed, track angle and trajectory movement) to the Lockey Cloud.

Each asset is equipped with an electronic Lockit tag, smartphone or installable device set delivering the following capabilities and situation awareness:

• Detection of the current location, direction & speed of the moving object• Data acquisition from several sensors, aggregation and delivery to the24x7 dispatch

center on demand or periodically;• Receives object control commands from the dispatch center; • Collects route information and stores it in the «Black Box» if connection to server is

lost;• Special functions can be configured depending on the object location area; • Business process management, HRM, integration with accounting systems (ERP, 1C),

The dispatch center is equipped with virtual operator workplaces that receive and process signals incoming from LockIT devices on a 24-hr basis.

The dispatchers are available 24/7 for client technical and safety assistance.

As soon as an emergency event or alarm is reported, operators immediately contact the assets owner. In case of theft or burglary, they relay the real-time information to the police or first responders. Operators can send control commands to the object like blocking doors/engines.

• Response Centers – are commercial dispatch service centers that manage their own group of vehicles, utilizing Lockey virtual consoles.

Control Center receives real time positioning data continuously or on demand about any mobile object monitored. After processing data, Control Center visualizes it on e-maps of the city.

A multi-display (or split screen if required) workstation is used at the Dispatch Center of the Control Center.
