There are only Three Steps involved in Online Registration
Step 1. Entering Data of Candidates
Step 2. Printing Students’ Registration Forms,
Step 3. Forming Batches of Candidates and Printing of List of Candidates and Challan Forms
After Completing this process you must collect all the forms from the candidates, sign all the forms and lists and Dispatch these to the Board, within due date,
as per the guidelines given in “Online Registration Intermediate Regular” document available on the web site of the Board.
The Online System is a User‐friendly System and guides you on each step.
You must carefully read this tutorial along with other Documentation available on the Board’s web site for effective and correct use of online Registration
System.
The Screens shown in this tutorial may differ from those appeared on your system but operations and steps will remain the same.

Information / Documents Required from Candidates for Registration
1. Matric Result Card
2. One Recent Color Photograph of size 1.5 x 1.5 inch
3. Migration Certificate (if applicable)
4. Permanent Address of the Candidate
5. CNIC of Father
6. Mobile / Phone No of Father / Guardian
7. Gender, Religion, Nationality, Hafiz, Specialty, Locality Rural/Urban.
8. Group and Subjects
Limitations
1. The candidate, who has passed his /her Matric examination before 2005 or from other province, has to submit an application through the institute for
uploading of his/her data in on‐line system well before the start of registration.
2. The candidate, who has passed O‐Level or equivalent examination, has to submit an application through the institute for uploading of his/her data in
on‐line system well before the start of registration.

After Login, First Screen will appear. In the MENU part, Click the REGISTRATION (INTER) Button.

This is the First Screen of Online Registration System. First time, it will tell you that you have not entered any data yet. In the Top Portion, there is a Link for adding new registration record. You must Click / Select that link to enter Record of Candidates. This Screen will also show you the Summary of Candidates Data you have already entered in Online System.

STEP 1
After Selecting New Registration Form a new Screen will Appear as shown on left side. You will enter the Roll No. and other related information about the candidate you want to Register. You will select the Year, Session and Board of the Candidate through Drop Down Lists as Shown on the Next Pages.

When you Click / Select the Down arrow in Year Box, a list of years will be shown. You will select the Year when student Passed his / her Matric Examination. Note: Those Students Who Passed their Matric Examination before 2005, or they have some other equivalent qualification, or they have passed their examination from some other province, they must be directed to contact the board.

The session of examination passed by the candidate will also be selected by the Drop Down List.

The Board, from where the candidate has passed his/ her Examination will also be selected by a Drop Down List showing all the boards After entering this Detail Click the SUBMIT Button

After entering the required examination details of the candidate, the system will check the record of the candidate for verification, and if the candidate is eligible, the system will display the Registration Form for the Candidate. This Form will display the Examination details of the candidate in the Top Portion of the Form. This Form will also show the Name, Father Name and Marks Obtained in the Matric Examination. This Information can not be changed by the Institute. The Institute will enter the remaining information required for Registration of this Candidate as shown on next pages. You can leave this form without saving any information by clicking the Cancel Button at the top Right Corner of the Screen any time.

The Admission date of the candidate will be selected by a Calendar. When You select the Date of Admission, a Calendar will appear. In this Calendar, Month can be changed by left and right arrows given on the Calendar. After Selecting the Month, Click the Date on the Calendar, the selected date along with month and year will appeared in the Date of Admission Box.

In the Lower Portion of the Registration form you will select the subjects, enter general information, address, district and Thesil of the Candidate as shown in the next pages.

First you will select the Subject Group of the Candidate from the Drop Down List in the Group field. The System will show all the Groups available in a list form. Click the group you want to select. As soon as you select the Group, all the subjects, Compulsory and Optional, will appear.

A candidate has option to Take URDU‐EASY of PAKISTANI CULTURE instead of URDU. BUT He/She must apply to the Board for that choice and get written permission which must be submitted to the Institute who will submit it along with the Registration Form of the Candidate otherwise this option can not be taken. Institute MUST strictly follow the Board Rules and Regulations when Selecting Subjects for Students. Any violation of rules or wrong selection of subjects will attract the rejection of form and imposition of fine on the institute.

A candidate has option to Take CIVICS FOR NON MUSLIMS instead of ISLAMIC EDUCATION. BUT This choice is available only to Non‐Muslim candidates. Institute MUST strictly follow the Board Rules and Regulations when Selecting Subjects for Students. Any violation of rules or wrong selection of subjects will attract the rejection of form and imposition of fine on the institute

The System will show the drop down boxes where some Optional subjects can be selected for a Group. These subjects can be selected as shown on the next page.

When you click the down arrow in the Drop Down Box, a list of Optional Subjects will appear and the required subject may be selected from that list by clicking on that subject. In the same way all the Optional subjects will be selected.

When you will complete the selection of group and subjects, the system will show you the final selection for both Part1 and Part2. In most of the cases you can’t change the subjects in part 2. Group and Subjects once selected and submitted to the Board, can only be changed after submitting a change request form along with prescribed fee as per rules and regulations of the Board in this regard.

Now you can enter other required information by clicking the appropriate selection Circles given with them. There is a separate text box for the Address of the Candidate. The address must be properly typed and Village, City, Road, Tehsil should enter in Separate lines so that the address can be read easily. After entering Address of the Candidate, select the District and Tehsil of the Candidate. Now you can save the form of the candidate by clicking the SUBMIT Button at the bottom of the screen.

After Clicking the SUBMIT Button, the System will display the message whether it has saved the data or Not. If there is some problem or the form is not properly or completely filled, the system will inform the user about this. As your first form will be saved, new information will be added on the first page of the Registration System. This Page will show that you have entered 1 Record in the Group PRE‐Engineering. You can check the details by clicking the Detail Link given in from of each group. Now when you enter other record it will keep on adding in their respective Groups as shown in the Next Page.

YOU WILL ENTER THE DATA OF EACH CANDIDATE BY FOLLOWING THE PROCEDURE GIVEN IN THE PREVIOUS PAGES. TIP: Enter the data of Candidates of Same group at the same time. It will save the time and speed up the data entry as the system will show you the same selected options you have selected for the previous candidate. So you need not to change those and only enter the information different from previous candidate like CNIC, Roll No, address etc. This First Screen shows that this institute has entered records which belong to two groups. If you Click the Detail Link, it will list all the candidates in that group. NOW THE STEP 1 OF REGISTRATION PROCESS IS COMPLETE. IN STEP 2 YOU WILL PRINT REGISTRATION FORMS FOR STUDENTS.

You will Print the Forms and distribute them to the candidates who will submit it back after affixing photo and filling and signing the remaining fields as per requirement given in the relevant Online Registration file available on the Web Site of the Board.
STEP 2: Now you are ready to Print Students’ Registration Forms for Distribution so the Candidates can put their photographs and fill and sign some other fields in their own handwriting. When you will Click the Detail Link in front of a Group on first page, the system will show you this screen. On this screen the name of each student in that group will be shown along with a serial number for each student. You can print the students forms by giving the starting serial no. in “From” area and Ending Serial No. in “To” area. If you want to print the form of only one student you will enter the serial no of that candidate in both From and To areas and Click the “Print Student Forms”. The System will generate a PDF file which you can save in you system and later on print it. If you want to edit the entered data of any candidate, you can do it by clicking the “Edit” Link given in front of that candidate.

STEP 3: Batches
At this stage you have Received Filled and Signed Registration Forms along with Photographs and have made all the required / requested changes /
corrections in candidates’ data in Online system. Remember, if you change the entered data of any candidate in Online system, you must print the new
Registration Forms with modified data of the Candidate and handover it to Candidate to fill and sign it again and also affix photograph on that new form.
Now you are ready to submit the Candidates’ data to the Board. You will do it by making Batches.
When you form a Batch, the system will Generate the Challan Form for those candidates in that Batch. So that you can deposit the Registration Fee for that
group and also take the Printout of List of those Candidates in that Group. You will dispatch the Registration Forms, Candidates’ Lists, and Challan Form after
the signature of Head of Institute on these documents.
There are some other benefits of making Batches :
You have a large number of candidates and you want to submit their data according to their sections in your institute.
There are few candidates who are not attending the institute and you do not want to delay other candidates because of them.
You want to dispatch the forms to Board in parts.
In the next pages you will learn to make batches.
NOTE: After Making a Batch, You will not be able to Edit the record of any candidate included in the Batch. So be Careful.

STEP 3 : FORMING BATCHES OF CANDIDATES. In the First Screen, the system will show all the Groups in which you have Registered candidates. By Clicking the Detail Link, the system will show the List of all the candidates in that Group. There is a selection Box given at the start of each row in the List. Select the Check Boxes of those Candidates you want to place in that Batch. After selecting the Candidates, Click the Make Batch Button given at the Bottom Right Corner of the Screen. The system will put the selected Candidates in the newly formed group and assigned it appropriate Batch No. as shown.

Now You can Print List of Candidates and Challan Form in PDF format. IT WILL COMPLETE THE ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS.
