The Flow
The flow of data in the computer goes through a simple process. It goes into a microprocessor, and it reads the information through binary code (digital information). There are millions of tiny switches called transistors. There are three basic functions in a microprocessor: fetch, decode, and execute. Fetch retrieves and feeds information into the microprocessor. It sends the information to decode, which figures out what operations need to be done. Finally, execute performs the accusations by reading the binary code.
The NewTek “Video Toaster” became available in October 1990. It edits the production of editing certain types of videos, such as NTSC and PAL. The
Video Toaster is made of software and hardware. It also has a 3D modeling, rendering, and animation program. It is used for many television shows like the series SeaQuest DSV for
special effects.
The Linux operating systemwas created in 1991 and is now a popular source across the world. It makes sure that systems are
always open to modernization. It has become the main system in many business matters.
Microsoft Windows version 3.0 is released in May 1991. It has a multi-tasking microprocessor so that
more than one program can be running.
In 1990, Tim Berners-Lee introduces the “hypertext’ system, or HTML internet system that we use to this day.
