News Corner
Visit of International Book Fair at Expo Center
Lahore:
Library Information Services, CIIT Lahore has arranged a visit to
international Book Fair on February 9, 2015.
Faculty members of different departments and Library Staff visited
Lahore International Book Fair @ Expo Centre for the books
selection of the library.
All faculty members not only select the books for the library but
they also purchased he books to build their personal collections.
Overall, the visit was general in turn of knowledge and fun.
Orange Party
The sun was shining and the semester was off, it was the perfect
day to celebrate the "Orange Party" on February 13, 2015. All
library staff was in the party for fun and joy. Really it was a good
gathering of the library professional, which is really a "social
networking".
AIOU Internees joined COMSATS library
from
A group of five internees joined The Library to complete their six weeks internship as part of their
degree requirement. They will experience to work at different sections of the Library to orient them
about the professional Library environment.
