Real life implementation of highly successful initiatives have been collected from across the country and standardized in the form of examples showing progressively higher levels of maturity in Stakeholder Engagement, Organizational Learning and Organization Structures.
Karnataka Government has taken up the implementation of time-bound delivery of public services in right earnest. The giving citizens time-bound delivery of services in 50 departments, to name a few departments like Commerce & Industry, Revenue, RDPR, Urban, Labour, Commercial Tax etc.,

The feedback from industry has been independently obtained, the challenges found in the study of shops and establishment registration, VAT registration, Export of Agriculture products etc. and possible solutions to address the challenges will be discussed.
