“Since our inception in 2007, the Concordia Team have built a unique organisation

for our diverse range of customers.

We are proud of our strong track record in leading the MENA Facilities Management

market. In 2011 we became the first company in the region to develop and

implement mobile technology to efficiently manage thousands of PPM and

responsive work orders. This functionality gave our customers greater transparency

and real time reporting, helping our customers to make more informed strategic

asset management decisions.

In 2012 Concordia became the first FM company in the MENA region to sign an energy

performance contract – Concordia’s pro-active, detailed approach to efficiency, and reducing
