Premature failure of concrete structures due to corrosion of reinforcing steel has always been a serious concern in Gulf countries where prevailing climates are very hot and humid. This one day concrete workshop which comprises Technical Symposium & Exhibition is designed to cover topics that addresses; fundamental mechanisms that impact concrete durability, service life prediction models, Non-Destructive Techniques (NDT) for concrete inspection, corrosion analysis & condition assessment, and different repair options.
